We had the best time! The location was perfect. The house was perfect and I can’t say enough about how great Be Our Guest Vacation homes were.. they are the best!!!

The house was exactly what we needed for our week on the beach! We loved the layout of the house and how well stocked it was but the “cherry on top” was the location. Just amazing! We’ve been renting from Be Our Guest for many years now and cannot say enough good things about the staff... Donna, Brian and their crew are simply the best. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first snowbird season and everything was wonderful. Sea Bella could not be situated in a better spot. We literally would wake up and walk out the door down onto the beach. The house was immaculate and wonderfully stocked (kitchen especially!) The open floor plan was especially nice as we could enjoy the full view of nightly sunsets from the kitchen/living and dining room and the bedrooms.

We were so happy to be able to find a gulf front property where we could bring our dog too. He LOVED lounging on the screened in porch overlooking the beach and then going for his strolls with us in the sand. Everyone we met was so friendly. Got to enjoy some excellent seafood at a variety of local restaurants as well. And let’s not forget the donuts! Both at Scallop Cove and Weber’s (yes, we had to try both!!) Overall, just a super relaxing time in a superb location away from the cold and snow at home.

Brian & Donna are fantastic to deal with; both are super responsive and helpful. We so appreciated their help when we decided to add one more week on at the end of our stay as we just were not ready to leave all the fun in this sun.

We cannot wait to return in 2026!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at the Secluded Dunes house. The views were incredible and the screened-in porch was a very nice amenity. House had everything we needed. Will be booking this place again!

Sea Bella was the perfect house for us and our four legged babies. It is literally right on the Beach at the North end. We practically had a private beach. The house was everything as described. The kitchen had every appliance and accessory you could ask for, including a separate ice machine in the kitchen. Our property manager was awesome, always quick to respond with any questions we had prior to our stay. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home.

Everything We Wanted and MORE!!!!

Sea Bella on Cape San Blas was the perfect house with a perfect location for our company retreat. Even though the weather was cloudy and cooler than we had hoped for at the end of January, Sea Bella had everything we needed - lots of space to enjoy private yoga session (w/Lelia Fortiner), a group dinner and areas to rest, recharge and enjoy the scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. In fact, we can't wait to do it again next year!!

Our first trip to Cape San Blas and we could not have been any happier with choosing this house and the bonus of this specific location. It is like having your own private beach! The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had the extra attention to detail! Specifically, the amount of casual seating, dinning seating, and cookware was big enough to accommodate the amount of people in the house is set for. The pool was a big hit for convenient “beach breaks” With the kids. Highly recommend this house
ANd working with this rental company for any other priorities. Donna was quick to respond to any questions leading up to our reservation all the way until we departed. We only wish we stayed longer :)

We checked in Saturday, but our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuation. The home was clean and was in a superb location. The ice machine was not functioning and Donna from Be Our Guest sent someone over with ice right away. The repairman stopped Monday to look at the ice maker and it required a part. Since we evacuated early Tuesday morning, I’m unsure if it was repaired. We were extremely disappointed we did not get to spend the full week in this home!! Donna has been fabulous and has offered to get the ball rolling on our claim to the travel insurance company. Thank goodness we purchased travel insurance at the time of booking!! I’m not sure how much of our stay will be reimbursed at this point, but hopefully a good amount.

A wonderful house! First visit to Cape San Blas, loved watching sunsets from the back porch and the sunrise from the front porch. Donna with the property management company was awesome! She answered all of my questions immediately! I would definitely stay in this home again, very comfortable, well stocked and we enjoyed the private pool.

Simply fantastic

Our family had a ball at this lovely home. The kids loved riding bikes through the quiet neighborhood and playing football on the beach. The views are so beautiful that we often could not take our eyes off of the sand and the water. The home is very nicely decorated and was incredibly clean! The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen had all we needed for all of our family meals. We can't wait to go back.

Our stay was so relaxing and stress-free! The beach house was spacious with a clean, luxurious nautical vibe and a large enclosed patio, accessible from the lounge area as well as from the full-wall sliding glass doors of the two ocean-facing bedrooms. The experience of opening those doors and falling asleep in bed to the view and sounds of the ocean was absolutely otherworldly. Everything was tidy and in perfect condition for us to arrive. The beach also was very clean and quite private. Because of how spacious the area was, we could hang out without worrying about onlookers (and there were so many beautiful shells!). We will DEFINITELY be returning.

We first stayed at SeaBella for our spring break in April. We loved it so much that we came back for a second trip in July! The house is beautiful and it is so quiet and peaceful there that we can’t wait to come back yet again. The house is on the best part of the Cape and close enough to the water that you can actually hear the waves at night. I had my best sleep in years! The home is also a close bike ride away to our favorite restaurant- Conehead’s! When not eating at Coneheads, we enjoyed eating on the screened in porch and watching for dolphins. We can’t wait to get back and check out the brand new pool!

The layout and amenities of this home are well-suited to vacationing. Generous sized rooms and bathrooms, lots of storage and counter space in kitchen, good living space and table for both eating and games. Nice outdoor furniture on the deck. Pool was heavily used and good access to beach.

Great House for Large party's. Kitchen, dining area and family room accommodated 16 guests. Bedrooms are nice and roomy. Bunk room is great for kids. The only downside is the limited parking and there was ongoing construction on the house next door. Very short walk to beach via private boardwalk. Small pool but kids loved it.

The house and location were perfect for our Fall vacation. Cape San Blas is such a quaint area and so laid back. Donna with Be our Guest was so helpful and was available anytime we had a question or needed help with anything. Highly recommend using this rental company.

Off the Hook was a well equipped home with everything that could be needed. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well decorated giving us a feeling of being at home. The staff at Be Our Guest was VERY helpful as we were arriving during Hurricane Debby. This is our 3rd stay with Be Our Guests and we have been very pleased each year!

We relaxed on the Beautiful white sand Beach and enjoyed the Gorgeous Sunsets from one of the decks each evening. We also enjoyed the large kitchen, cooking together and playing games at the big kitchen table. I would definitely recommend this house to all my friends and family. It's the perfect house for a relaxing and fun filled family vacation. Great Memories!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and location was great! We will definitely be staying at this property again. The only thing to note is parking is tight! Otherwise, this was one of the best vacations our family has ever been on. The bunk room is perfect for large groups. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay at ‘Off the Hook’. The house was perfect for our group and provided great space for relaxation both indoor and out. The amenities are very nice and the home is beautifully furnished. We are grateful to the host for their attention to detail and look forward to coming again soon.

The house was very nice. Clean on arrival with personal note and fresh flowers. Was disappointed by the size of the pool. Very small for a house built to accommodate 20; couldn’t even have 4 kids swim together without fear of jumping on one another and also lacked seating by the pool to sit and enjoy. Boardwalk was nice but not private as several people used it to get to and from the beach. Those things aside, house was as described and was nice for a family getaway.

Off the Hook was the perfect house for our large family vacation. The house was clean on arrival and even had fresh flowers (what a nice touch). The house is just like it looks in pictures. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool. The beach walk made it easy to access the beach without walking on the dunes. Saw dauphins everyday with the great balcony views. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. In storage there was extra beach chairs and boogie boards. You can't go wrong renting this house. Can't wait to come back!

This home has the best views on the Cape! The home itself is absolutely beautiful. You can definitely tell it was professionally decorated. The kitchen and living areas are quite spacious and have plenty of fridge space to accommodate large groups. The two porches are huge and have lots of comfortable seating. All of the bedrooms are large for a beach house, very nicely decorated and have awesome ensuite bathrooms. Last, but certainly not least, the gigantic Bunkroom is every kid's dream scenario. The custom bunk beds are huge and each bed even has its very own charging station!

We very much enjoyed the Brighter Days home. The kitchen appliances and utensils were great! The view and balconies were enjoyed by all. A very well thought out home.We hope to return to this quiet oasis!

We have been vacationing in Cape San Blas the better part of the last 12 years.We have never duplicated a rental because part of the fun is selecting something new and different.Spending our vacation at the "Brighter Days" house has caused me to rethink that, in that I would rate it in the top 2 of the last 12 homes.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this house! It is beautifully decorated and has lots of space to hang out together as a family or to spread out into separate areas. The kitchen is well stocked with absolutely everything you need (including a crock pot, which I have NEVER seen in a vacation rental home before), and there are enough glasses, plates, and pots and pans to make preparing meals at home easy. The pool is added bonus that we won't be able to do with out ever again while staying on the Cape. We spent so much time in the pool. However, the beach is just a short walk from the home, so we spent plenty of time at the beach, too. We will absolutely stay at Brighter Days again!

Brighter Days was the perfect spot for my family's getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was well stocked, even better than most places we have stayed in the past. It is a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful. I would highly recommend Brighter Days as your destination. You can tell a lot of thought went into the place with the way it is designed and decorated. Super clean and a great place to stay. My family and I will definitely be returning if we find our way back to Cape San Blas.

We enjoyed our stay at Brighter Days. The house is close walking distance to the beach, the walkway does involve stairs to traverse the dune system so this would be a consideration for any with mobility limitations. There are ocean views from the home, which can be enjoyed from the open-concept kitchen/ living room and large ocean-facing deck.

Our family loved spending our vacation in Brighter Days! Such a well appointed, comfortable home with a very nice pool and great views of the Gulf! We’ve decided to go ahead and book for next year as well!

The Brighter Days beach home was wonderful. The house is lovely and accommodated our family of 6 with room to spare. Beach access was a short walk, the elevator was very useful and the swimming pool was perfect for lazy evenings while enjoying dinner cooked on the grill.

What a wonderful week we had at Brighter Days! The house is so clean & the decor & feel of the home is awesome. Not to mention the views off the top deck - the sunsets every night were mainly spent on the porches or the beach. Our family enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home & the Cape.

This home was great! It had everything we needed plus more! The layout worked great for 6 adults and 6 children. We were pleasantly surprised at the very short walk to the beautiful beach!

We were very satisfied with our stay. All beds were comfortable....great views of the ocean and sunsets from the decks....very clean and beautifully decorated...outdoor shower was fabulous...property management was excellent, timely, and friendly. Only one small hiccup, kitchen oven and ice maker not working and maintenance did their best to fix it! Overall a 10!!

Had a wonderful stay at Brighter Days. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and the location is very close to the beach. The beach access was close to the house and the beach itself was never very crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Great new house, very close the the beach, with all the amenities you need. The property management is very responsive as well. There was already a beach cart and 3 chairs there when we arrived, so that helped as well.

We have rented several homes on the cape, and this one has been our favorite. The house is new, so it was so clean and nice. The house is well stocked, a very short walk to the beach, has a great pool area, and had everything we needed for an amazing week. Great views from every balcony. We were lucky enough to be one of the first to stay at Brighter Days. Highlights: Views from all 4 decks, a ground level bathroom you can access from outside, saltwater pool with tanning ledge a full laundry room, well appointed kitchen with full pantry, huge outdoor shower, hose connections all over to keep sand at bay, comfortable beds, designer feels, rain shower, full tub, and 2nd ground level fridge in game room off pool. This is a row back from beach home but short walk. No more homes under construction around it. Book it! We will be back.
