The beach house was lovely with plenty of room for all 10 of us. Being on the beach was wonderful and we were happy to have turtle nests on both sides of the boardwalk . Cape San Blas is a hidden gem with the gulf on one side and the bay on the other side. I must also say that any issues we had were quickly taken care of and the staff was always very polite and helpful.

We have been looking for 7 years for vacation rental like Makin Memeries! It fit our family of 11 adults perfectly. The location could not be better. The house is equipped really well with pretty much anything you could ask for. It has to be the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. The pool was so nice to have to accommodate everyone. We hardly left the property all week. Donna at Be Our Guest was always prompt and helpful with any questions I had, we’ve even booked our trip for next year! You couldn’t ask for a cleaner house when we arrived and hope we took care of it like it was our own. We have been coming to Cape San Blas for about 10 years and our family loves it there. However, this is the first time we have stayed right on the beach. Some of our bunch likes the bay side. This was a perfect house- that fit our large family and allowed us to see sunsets from the home. It was a short walk to the beach. Since we like to cook our own meals the kitchen is always important the home had all we needed. We like the separate coffee and wine area. We liked that the dining rooms could be pulled apart for late-night spades and dominos games. Brian was quick to respond to our needs and confusion over the elevator. The pool was a big hit late in the evening after a day on the beach. Before we came down we called about what beach gear the house may have and we were told that it was a new house so we needed to bring ours. That was not the case. The house had more than enough chairs, a wagon, and other things to use on the beach so we packed a lot of stuff we did not need. You may need to confirm with the company before you pack. Overall, a wonderful home and a good experience at a place we have loved for a number of years.

My family has had a multi-generational tradition of staying at a small hotel on Delray Beach. Sadly, they sold a couple of years ago and turned it into condos, so we were looking for a new tradition. This house was perfect for 4 generations to enjoy the beautiful Cape San Blas area. The pool was perfect for young and old alike. Access to the beach was close and and easy walk. The layout of the house was great! The common area was a great gathering area; second only to the balcony overlooking the beautiful sunsets! No amenities were overlooked in this house. I highly recommend a stay with Be Our Guest. Brian and his staff are awesome!

A wonderful vacation was enjoyed by all, from age 18 months, to 79 years! The kitchen was well equipped, and all rooms were comfortable. The elevator was a big help for transferring luggage and groceries. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you.

This home is simply amazing. The owners have thought of everything- a convenient & beautiful bathroom by the pool, wagon for use, TVs in every bedroom, beach chairs and toys for the kids- this house is just a dream. The view from the 3rd floor is so spectacular, we loved cooking in the kitchen and enjoying a coffee at sunrise. The labels in the kitchen make it easier to know where everything is. This is your sign to book this home, you won’t regret it! We will definitely be back soon!!!!

Great family vacation!! The house was modern, clean, comfortable and included every amenity necessary to make everyone in our family happy. The location of the house is ideal with great views and direct beach access. Leave your shoes at the door and you are on the beach in less than a minute. Best part was the bonfires on the beach.

House was perfect for our 3 families. Lots of room - very spacious. The views were beautiful!! Kitchen was well stocked and had enough room for all of us to sit and eat together. It was great having the pool - we enjoyed it when we needed a break from the beach and at night when cooking out on the large gas grill. Loved having the outdoor shower, additional bathroom and second refrigerator downstairs- very convenient! Beach chairs and towels were provided. The house had everything we needed for an amazing week! Loved the house - we will be back!!

This house was amazing. The attention to detail and owners and company put into cannot be beat. The kitchen was well stocked, having an extra refrigerator on ground level was a huge plus, and having access to beach chairs made packing easier. The view from the balconies was breathtaking. Th kids enjoyed afternoon swims, while we grilled by the pool. The location couldn’t be beat. We all enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back soon.

A perfect house for our 3 family beach vacation! Can’t beat the views, tons of space, sparkling clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed to make for a wonderful week! Very well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels were provided, pool was a great break from the beach, gas grill for all our dinner needs, outdoor shower and air conditioned bathroom were super convenient, and we loved having a second full fridge and freezer downstairs! Our group of 16 fit perfectly and truly can’t find one negative thing about this house! We will absolutely be back!

This was the first time renting a beach front house. This house was absolutely stunning. We had the best vacation. Would recommend this location to any family

We loved the house. Very convenient, easy walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Kitchen is very well stocked. Beds are very comfy. We had a couple of maintenance issues and Donna quickly responded and took care of them in a timely manner manner. It was so easy to communicate with the rental company.

Oh my goodness what a great lady to work with to set up our week at the Stargazer....Donna was so wonderful and we so enjoyed meeting her when we stopped by the office ! She is a huge PLUS to your Be My Guest organization! The Stargazer is a beautiful home with a great pool ! And...the elevator was such a bonus as we took “way too much” stuff ! Lol! We so enjoyed the beach and fishing too! We caught fish but did “catch & release” this trip! We ate a delicious seafood meal at Hunts, BBQ at the BBQ place on the Cape and had scrumptious pizza at Joe Mama’s in Port St.Joe..I can’t forget the 24 donuts we went and bought from the donut man on the Cape! Unfortunately we had rain while there with a tropical system in the Gulf but we played games and watched movies! All 5 of us would say to anyone wanting to have a fun week in a beautiful home .....Stay at the Stargazer! And make sure to ask for Donna when you book your stay!

We loved our stay! Gorgeous home, kept very clean. The layout was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Rooms are quite large & comfortable beds. Kitchen is a nice layout. Views of the ocean on every floor & every bedroom.

Cape San Blas has a really nice bike path that our teens really enjoyed. It's a beautiful & quiet beach town.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Stargazer! October beach visits to this area never disappoint!! Having our own pool and being able to have fires on the beach were both so awesome!!! Everything was great, but there were several things worth mentioning, one being somewhat of a liability. That would be the uneven and sinking sections of pool decking both inside and outside the pool fencing. There are a number of trip hazards due to this and several in our group tripped on these pieces. Thankfully, when I did, I recovered before I hit the ground!! This is something that needs to be fixed!! Next, a number of the lamps throughout the house needed to be replaced as parts were loose, falling apart etc. There were also burned out bulbs in some lights in the house. Although there was a toaster oven, that we finally found in the cabinet above the refrigerator, a regular toaster would be a good addition. Lastly, although the house is "beachfront" it's a good walk to the beach and maybe that could be in the description for those less mobile than we are. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!!

Where do I start?! This home was hands down our favorite vacation rental to date! It's a wonderful floor plan with amazing views at every level. The pictures don't do it justice! The beds were SO comfy, which usually seems to be the one item lacking wherever we go. The home was very clean and cozy. Our kids spent countless hours playing Monopoly after finding the game cabinet. :) We couldn't have been happier and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

I have stayed in vacation rentals from Seaside to St. George Island, and Stargazer was the best. The house was large, clean and very comfortable for our group. The deck, also large and comfortable, had a fabulous view of the ocean and the shoreline to the east. We were there during a full moon, which was incredibly beautiful. Donna was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and quick to respond to phone messages during the booking process and the stay. We needed a few pages printed, Be Our Guest printed them and delivered them to the house!

House was nice and clean; beach not crowded which is important to us. Some issues that need to be addressed: dryer on 2nd floor did not dry clothes; toilet in half bath on 3rd floor did not stop running after flushed. Some things to consider would be to give more than one bath towel per person, so people do not have to wash laundry every day. Also, the overgrowth on the boardwalk needs to be cut back a little. Overall, great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly loved this place. The house was super clean and very spacious for 9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids. We loved that the house had a freestanding ice maker. This was the first time staying in a place with one and was a nice surprise. The boardwalk to the beach made it feel like you were walking through a nature preserve. During the weekday the beach was sparsely populated, which was perfect. Our kids loved having the pool as an option and played in the pool more than they went to the beach. With the single level boardwalk to the beach and the elevator in the house, I am defiantly considering renting this place again and bringing the children's grandparents.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the stargazer vacation house! It’s close to the beach and private! We loved walking the beach and looking for seashells! The 2 master suites were great too!
