The Poseidon was the absolute perfect home for our family of 13’s summer vacation! The moment we walked in it felt like home. It is so perfectly decorated and extremely comfortable. The pool facing the beach was the favorite location to relax and watch the sunset. Donna Dixon with Be our guest vacation home could not of been more helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. She responded to every text with seconds. At this time pets will be "considered". This new construction is located on a private lot on the north end of Cape San Blas. If you are familiar with the Cape the location is just across from Cone Heads at approximately mile nine and just south of the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. The private driveway which rambles through natural dunes, traverses a small bridge and terminates with an abundance of parking. This plan includes features not available in other homes. Foremost on the list is privacy. This home is set among a large, natural and protective dune structure. To the west is the Gulf of Mexico, a quiet white sandy beach and the most glorious sunsets on the Gulf Coast. The home will include a large garage, elevator, private elevated pool, private boardwalk to the beach, spacious gathering areas and sleeping capacity for sixteen guests. There are three king private suites a twin room with ensuite and a top floor bunkroom with its own private bath. The professionally decorated interior will boast soft tones, natural textures and elevated finishes. This will be a home worthy of a magazine cover and ready to host your next family gathering. Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina. Twenty family members ages 4 to 72, spent a week together sharing memories. Plenty of room for all - the top floor was amazing and a great place for everyone to gather for meals, conversations and games.
The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked which made cooking meals much more enjoyable. The bedroom with balconies were an added touch. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was great.
The kids loved the game room and having a place to hang out. The Moms loved having two washers and dryers.
Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and everyone enjoyed all the chairs on the deck, especially at sunset! Of all the house we have rented, this was the family favorite by far!
Donna Dickerson was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive our requests and questions. We felt very welcome at the house.
Pillow in the bedrooms were great for reading and TV, but softer pillows for sleeping would be a great addition.
We grandparents did have difficulty figuring out the TVs. ��‍��

We brought our entire family to stay in this new beautiful home, and it did not disappoint. This home has everything you could need to enjoy Cape San Blas. The ocean and the pool provided hours of enjoyment. The home is furnished with everything needed to include beach chairs, etc..

Fabulous Home. Our entire family, all 14 of us, could not have been happier. Had a blast. Bathroom on ground level near pool (Finally a REAL POOL, not an oversized bathtub) terrific for the kids. Entire house so spacious. We could all enjoy each other's company comfortably in the main living room/kitchen area. Shoot you can about play bocce ball in there! And the full decks on every floor. Genius! Watching the fireworks from the top deck was really something. If we could only rent one home in our lifetime for a family vacation, this would be the one. So happy we did it

Great Home. Plenty of everything needed for our entire group of 20 for our entire stay. We were even able to have groceries delivered and in the fridge and pantry through a local provider before our arrival. Might could use some additional outdoor garbage receptacles for a group our size but otherwise a wonderful rental.

Such an amazing house for large groups. We enjoyed our stay and are so grateful to have rented this house for our trip. The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. The host did a great job responding and helping with minor issues. Only suggestion is adding more platters, serving dishes and coffee mugs to the kitchen.

The second level is made up of five private ensuite bedrooms and an expansive deck. Level three offers four more ensuites, a second living room and another huge deck. Twenty family members ages 4 to 72, spent a week together sharing memories. Plenty of room for all - the top floor was amazing and a great place for everyone to gather for meals, conversations and games.
The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked which made cooking meals much more enjoyable. The bedroom with balconies were an added touch. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was great.
The kids loved the game room and having a place to hang out. The Moms loved having two washers and dryers.
Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and everyone enjoyed all the chairs on the deck, especially at sunset! Of all the house we have rented, this was the family favorite by far!
Donna Dickerson was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive our requests and questions. We felt very welcome at the house.
Pillow in the bedrooms were great for reading and TV, but softer pillows for sleeping would be a great addition.
We grandparents did have difficulty figuring out the TVs. ‍

Fabulous Home. Our entire family, all 14 of us, could not have been happier. Had a blast. Bathroom on ground level near pool (Finally a REAL POOL, not an oversized bathtub) terrific for the kids. Entire house so spacious. We could all enjoy each other's company comfortably in the main living room/kitchen area. Shoot you can about play bocce ball in there! And the full decks on every floor. Genius! Watching the fireworks from the top deck was really something. If we could only rent one home in our lifetime for a family vacation, this would be the one. So happy we did it

Such a beautiful home in a perfect location on the island! The decor is stunning- every bedroom is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, so it’s ideal for couples and families traveling together. The top floor boasts unobstructed views of the ocean in both directions so the sunsets are breathtaking. The large kitchen and living area are great for gathering - plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Beach is one minute away and the pool is a lovely in the late afternoon. No contest - this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in.

Gorgeous & newly renovated. Perfect decor. Perfect location... within steps to the beach and Cape store. Very clean; kudos to the management company, and to Donna for being so responsive to any questions we had. We were thankful to have the pool as there were many days that were under red flag/riptide. This is a rare find on the Cape being that it is only a two bedroom home, yet perfect for my family of four. We also liked the full bottle toiletries & foam soaps at all sinks. The only suggestions I have are for a blanket on each couch, and some plastic/casual plates and bowls for light meals or snacks. Thank you to the owners for letting us enjoy this gorgeous home.

Cape San Blas was a great place to vacation. We loved every day on the beaches. We picked this home because of the pet friendly fenced in yard. We wouldn’t have chosen the home for any other reason. Although it was very clean and renovated with extremely high end products, it looked like a boujee Beverly Hills model show home. It just didn’t feel like a beach home at all. The home was equipped with very minor basic equipment. Missing grill tools (that were brought 2 days later after multiple follow up emails). Bathrooms had NO towel hooks or racks. We had towels hanging all over the house. Management issues: the communication from Be Our Guest was all over the place. I received some info by email, other info by text and then was instructed to download an app that was basically useless. It never had the access door code and had conflicting house info from the emails. I was never sure where to find good info. Maybe pick one method of communication and stick with it.

Also, we were called on the last day of vacation “telling” us that a starlink installer was going to be at our house “shortly” and that Donna contacted us the day prior. She did not. We denied entry for the installer as we have two very anxious dogs in the home. Thankfully Brian reached us before the guy showed up.

Not a great experience with Be Our Guest. My own fault for renting a house just for a fence.

First visit to CSB and it was perfect! We’re a family of five and the house was great for us. Very clean, great location (quick and easy walk to the beach), comfortable beds, and the fenced yard was a bonus for our dog. We also loved being able to walk to get donuts, ice cream, and necessities from the general store. The only thing I’d add would be extra plates and bowls in the kitchen. Management was very responsive when we had questions!

We very much enjoyed our beach vacation while staying in this home! It has easy, close access to the beach. We were extremely excited to have a fenced in yard since we take our dog with us everywhere. The private pool was wonderful and clean, a rare find with a smaller rental! Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable. We had all the toiletries/paper products/kitchen supplies that we needed for the week. We took our own beach chairs/supplies, but the house did come stocked with everything you would need for the beach and pool. Donna with Be Our Guest Rentals was easy to work with all the way from booking to check-in/check-out procedures! We didn't have any problems, just a few questions that she was very quick to answer for us. We 100% would stay here again in the future!

My husband and I loved vacationing at this house. It had almost everything we needed. My only issue was that they needed more plates. Other than that, this house was perfect. I loved the pool and the fenced in yard for my fur baby. The beach was only a short stroll away. We will be definitely renting this house again. This is a fresh new home with a beautiful yard and pool. Our #1 search criteria is for pet-friendly properties, so the enclosed yard was an additional huge convenience. The pet fee was the highest we have paid anywhere else, but okay. My 4 legged companion, though not old aged, took this last trip to the beach due to having an aggressive cancer. The very short walk onto to the beach was another helpful convenience. When we first arrived at the house, we struggled not having the correct door code, but our calls were answered. The only other possible amenities I noticed "absent" were hooks to hang damp bath towels on the main level of the home, which the ground floor bath does have. We bring our own beach umbrellas and chairs, but these were provided at the home in addition to larger umbrellas for the patio/deck. We most definitely would stay here again! Many thanks.

Very clean; kudos to the management company, and to Donna for being so responsive to any questions we had. We were thankful to have the pool as there were many days that were under red flag/riptide. Loved our stay! The home is a true rare find on the Cape being that it is only a two bedroom home, yet perfect for my family of four. Very short walk to the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Cape store as well. We were thankful to have the pool as there were several days with red flag/riptide. Beautifully remodeled home. The backlit can lights on the outside are so charming. Decor on the inside is 10/10. Enjoyed the filtered water at the kitchen sink- I probably didn’t need to buy as many bottled waters. Loved the full-size shampoo & conditioner bottles, foam pump soaps at all the sinks, and full-bar soaps. We’re used to other rental companies that only offer the samples. The beds and bedding are so soft & comfortable.The only suggestions I have for this house are a few plastic bowls and plates for snacks/quick meals (the ceramic bowls are huge!), and a blanket for each couch. Kudos to Be Our Guest for the nice touch welcome card & flowers, the pristine cleanliness of the home, and to Donna for being on it for any questions I had. Communications were excellent, and I loved the list of amenities included shortly before arrival. This will be the only rental company I will use moving forward!Thank you to the owners for letting us enjoy this beautiful home.

First visit to CSB and it was perfect! We’re a family of five and the house was great for us. Very clean, great location (quick and easy walk to the beach), comfortable beds, and the fenced yard was a bonus for our dog. We also loved being able to walk to get donuts, ice cream, and necessities from the general store. The only thing I’d add would be extra plates and bowls in the kitchen. Management was very responsive when we had questions!

We very much enjoyed our beach vacation while staying in this home! It has easy, close access to the beach. We were extremely excited to have a fenced in yard since we take our dog with us everywhere. The private pool was wonderful and clean, a rare find with a smaller rental! Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable. We had all the toiletries/paper products/kitchen supplies that we needed for the week. We took our own beach chairs/supplies, but the house did come stocked with everything you would need for the beach and pool. Donna with Be Our Guest Rentals was easy to work with all the way from booking to check-in/check-out procedures! We didn't have any problems, just a few questions that she was very quick to answer for us. We 100% would stay here again in the future!

My husband and I loved vacationing at this house. It had almost everything we needed. My only issue was that they needed more plates. Other than that, this house was perfect. I loved the pool and the fenced in yard for my fur baby. The beach was only a short stroll away. We will be definitely renting this house again. The decor was beautiful, the wrap around porch was great, and you could hear the waves crashing from the house. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fresh new home with a beautiful yard and pool. Our #1 search criteria is for pet-friendly properties, so the enclosed yard was an additional huge convenience. The pet fee was the highest we have paid anywhere else, but okay. My 4 legged companion, though not old aged, took this last trip to the beach due to having an aggressive cancer. The very short walk onto to the beach was another helpful convenience. When we first arrived at the house, we struggled not having the correct door code, but our calls were answered. The only other possible amenities I noticed "absent" were hooks to hang damp bath towels on the main level of the home, which the ground floor bath does have. We bring our own beach umbrellas and chairs, but these were provided at the home in addition to larger umbrellas for the patio/deck. We most definitely would stay here again! Many thanks.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Sabbatical!! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, convenience store, liquor store, and even easy access to the bike path. It was also only a quick drive to the new pickleball courts, which was a big plus for us.The home itself was beautiful, modern, and had all the amenities we could’ve hoped for — very well-stocked and perfectly sized for the two of us. It was quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. Donna was a fantastic hostess — always available if we needed anything, but we honestly didn’t because everything was so well thought out.We’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Literally steps away from beach access! My husband and I came for our anniversary, and the experience was more than perfect. Everything was so clean and well stocked. With easy check in and checkout . We were able to sit and watch the sunset on the beach so easy with the available beach gear. Seabatical was just what we needed and we will definitely be back.

This beach house was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! The views were absolutely stunning — you could see the ocean from so many relaxing spots around the property, whether you were sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. It was the perfect balance of being close to the beach while still having peaceful places to chill and take in the view.

The house itself was beautiful and so thoughtfully set up. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and there was so much storage space for clothes and beach gear that nothing ever felt cluttered. We also loved that beach chairs and towels were provided — such a nice touch that made things so easy for us.

It truly felt like a home away from home, and honestly, I don’t think we could stay anywhere else now. This house made our getaway unforgettable, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Alfresco Beach House
You know you're in for something special the moment you pull up to Alfresco. Sure, you’ve seen the pictures and for once, they underpromise. This place is even better in person.
Tucked away at the end of a private drive, the house sits on concrete pillars just behind a raised sand mound—smart design for flood protection and a bonus perch for just looking out over the ocean. The location is a magnet for turtles; we had eight new nests appear during our stay. Nature channel, eat your heart out.
Step through the front door into a vast open-concept space where you'll likely spend most of your indoor time.
The kitchen is loaded: gas range, microwave, more utensils than you’ll know what to do with, and an ice machine that we definitely gave a workout. The island is the hub: ample prep space, electrical plugs everywhere, and a wine cooler that kept things classy.
Downstairs, two bedrooms share a well-designed bathroom—one bedroom opens to a porch, the other offers a pleasant (if non-ocean) view of well-kept neighboring homes.
Upstairs, things get even better. A large bedroom with its own bath and porch access has stunning third-floor views. But the master suite is the crown jewel! The bedroom with a cozy sitting room.
Both upper floors feature covered porches—perfect for lounging rain or shine. The second-floor porch wraps around most of the house and became our main hangout. It’s big enough that everyone found a quiet spot—reading, tanning, chatting—without ever feeling crowded.
From the second-floor porch, steps lead down to a boardwalk ending with a short sandy stroll to the beach. Just remember: all beach gear must be removed before sundown to keep the turtle moms happy. And yes, the Beach Patrol really does check.

We’re home now, and there’s unanimous agreement: this was one of the best family beach vacations we’ve

This gulf front home was completed in April 2024. Alfresco sets atop a massive north Cape San Blas dune and delivers on its name! This unbelievable vista offers three-hundred-sixty-degree views of the Gulf and Bay. You will see the outdoors and open air at every glance. The home features an abundance of floor to ceiling windows, endless decks, high ceilings, and a very open living space that makes you feel a part of the environment. The décor could be described as “industrial spa” that merges colors, tones and textures which flow with the setting and highlight the wonder of nature around it. Favorite stay on the Cape

We’ve been visiting Cape San Blas for the last 7 years and have found our new favorite rental. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked, and the deck offered so many seating options to rotate throughout the day. Every bedroom is an on suite, but the main master is truly great with a ton of space to unpack and a large double shower. The house has lots of extras including beach gear, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and laundry detergent which meant a few less things to pack. The house was spotless and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs to enter the home, which was absolutely fine for us but worth noting if you have issues with stairs. We will absolutely be booking here again for our next visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

This beach house was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! The views were absolutely stunning — you could see the ocean from so many relaxing spots around the property, whether you were sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. It was the perfect balance of being close to the beach while still having peaceful places to chill and take in the view.

The house itself was beautiful and so thoughtfully set up. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and there was so much storage space for clothes and beach gear that nothing ever felt cluttered. We also loved that beach chairs and towels were provided — such a nice touch that made things so easy for us.

It truly felt like a home away from home, and honestly, I don’t think we could stay anywhere else now. This house made our getaway unforgettable, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Alfresco is decidedly the most spectacular house on the Cape. The views are broad and beautiful, and with the house facing due west you get every stunning sunset from the privacy of the expansive deck (or any room in the house). The huge windows make you feel like you’re at sea when you walk in the door and see the swath of ocean in front of you. The beach is in the most private areas of the Cape, so the beach is never crowded. Just the occasional walkers passing by (marveling at the house no less). Bed and baths are all well appointed, beautiful, and accommodating. Can’t wait to come stay here again, we will definitely be back.

Alfresco Beach House
You know you're in for something special the moment you pull up to Alfresco. Sure, you’ve seen the pictures and for once, they underpromise. This place is even better in person.
Tucked away at the end of a private drive, the house sits on concrete pillars just behind a raised sand mound—smart design for flood protection and a bonus perch for just looking out over the ocean. The location is a magnet for turtles; we had eight new nests appear during our stay. Nature channel, eat your heart out.
Step through the front door into a vast open-concept space where you'll likely spend most of your indoor time.
The kitchen is loaded: gas range, microwave, more utensils than you’ll know what to do with, and an ice machine that we definitely gave a workout. The island is the hub: ample prep space, electrical plugs everywhere, and a wine cooler that kept things classy.
Downstairs, two bedrooms share a well-designed bathroom—one bedroom opens to a porch, the other offers a pleasant (if non-ocean) view of well-kept neighboring homes.
Upstairs, things get even better. A large bedroom with its own bath and porch access has stunning third-floor views. But the master suite is the crown jewel! The bedroom with a cozy sitting room.
Both upper floors feature covered porches—perfect for lounging rain or shine. The second-floor porch wraps around most of the house and became our main hangout. It’s big enough that everyone found a quiet spot—reading, tanning, chatting—without ever feeling crowded.
From the second-floor porch, steps lead down to a boardwalk ending with a short sandy stroll to the beach. Just remember: all beach gear must be removed before sundown to keep the turtle moms happy. And yes, the Beach Patrol really does check.
Final Thoughts
We’re home now, and there’s unanimous agreement: this was one of the best family beach vacations we’ve

THIS. HOUSE. IS. SPECTACULAR. When you walk through the front door, your view is almost 360 of the beautiful clear green/blue water, as though you are on a ship. The house is brand new and the kitchen is equipped for a professional chef with a Wolf oven and a pellet ice maker for your favorite post-beach cocktail. The views are breathtaking and then there are the sunsets. Oh the sunsets - the house offers the flexibility of sitting outside on the expansive deck watching the sun drop into the ocean or sitting at the outdoor table, or indoors at the open air pass-through window. Bedrooms - each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is so nice when traveling with multiple couples. The TVs are very easy to use, the bathroom tile reaches the 12-foot ceilings which feels like a luxury resort. The primary bedroom/bath is next level and offers a sitting room and fireplace to boot in addition to the beachfront balcony.Beach - owners have allowed renters to use their beach chairs, which is so nice and we enjoyed having them on the pristine beach. The sand is clean, the water is clean and clear, and we saw very few people in September which made it feel almost like a private beach. Don’t miss the cute “foot shower” to clean your feet on the way back in! The surrounding Cape San Blas establishments were awesome - St. Joe Shrimp Co for steamed butterflied shrimp with the legendary tuna dip... and ice cream, fresh donuts and all the essentials can be found at the Cape Trading Post. If you’re pickle curious, there are 4 nice pickleball courts (with real nets and lined for pickle!) about 8 minutes from the house at Salinas Park and then 6 newly paved courts in town at Port St. Joe. The local pickleball players are plentiful and friendly - they welcome visitors to join their morning games! The design of the house feels like something worthy of Architectural Digest - this was the most incredible beach house we have ever stayed in. We will be back!

If you’re considering booking a vacation here, don’t wait another minute! Seated on the gulf, this is one of the most exquisite properties we have ever visited; the pictures cannot begin to do it justice. The house was built with unmatched quality and design- floor to ceiling windows so you never have to miss a sunrise or sunset! It is pristinely clean and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. When you step outside and breathe in the ocean air along with the view, you’ll feel all the stress melt away from your body. The completely private beach is a true oasis. Lush with greenery, soft white sands, seashells for days, you may even get to watch dolphins play and jump among the horizon or experience a school of fish swim around your toes! The management company was a breeze to work with and extremely helpful. It’s a dream home and we cannot wait to return!

We loved staying in this house. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and it was thoughtfully designed to also allow for gathering together. The pool was clean and we appreciated the pool floats and toys that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking or dishes you could need. The path to the beach was easy and when we stayed, at the end of September, the beach was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at Jewel at the Cape so much. The owners put great thought into the details of this house. The half bath by the pool was absolutely lifesaving with young kids. The outdoor shower with WARM water to rinse off was so nice. The large ice maker and filtered water were both convenient touches as well. We requested the pool to be heated and that was soooo worth it. We had no clue you could get a permit to drive on the beach until we got there. We ended up renting golf carts and they were such a game changer for our older family and hauling stuff back and forth from the beach. Everyone driving on the beach was very respectful and slow. Donna was extremely helpful, answering all questions we had. We hope to come back soon!!

This house provided the perfect atmosphere for a wonderful stress free week with family. We had a large group including two small children. The house accommodated everyone very nicely. We were absolutely amazed at all of the amenities included. We had everything that we needed. Very well stocked and we cooked every night. We were a little hesitant with the walking path down to the beach, but it wasn't that bad. It was a little hard for our older family members to get over the dune at the end, but we always made sure they had someone to lend a helping hand. We were so glad that we stayed here. We had a small problem with the elevator at first and a door handle, but Brian came very quickly and helped us out. We did not know that the small community where we stayed would not allow any RV parking overnight, but Be our Guest helped us out! Be our Guest staff were all wonderful! Thank you Donna, Brian, Gracie, and Dee!

We had 3 requirements for our vacation rental: On the beach, with a pool and quiet. Jewel is stunning and the decor and finishes were simply beautiful (though the couch seems to be indoor/outdoor furniture and I expected more bed pillows and nicer linens). However, we had issues that we should not have encountered, for the cost paid.
The home is a great location, right on the beach, however a clear path is not yet truly established. There is an elevator, which we were excited for so we didn't have to haul luggage and groceries up the stairs but we were not able to get it to work. We were just told to make sure the doors were closed and no other instructions. The phone in the elevator kept ringing throughout the week, which was odd. Our two biggest issues were the pool and the noise. The pool was not heated prior to our arrival and even with repeated service visits they were not able to fix the problem until the 6th day. The beach was closed for a couple of days and we were not able to use the pool instead as the water was very cold. Another big issue was that it was not disclosed that there was a home being constructed right next door. Unless you were at the beach, all you could hear was construction noise.
House is lovely, but I would not have spent that kind of money had I known we would not be able to heat the pool and that there was construction next door. Property Managers were responsive but we ended up leaving a day early because of how disappointed we were.

We loved staying in this house. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and it was thoughtfully designed to also allow for gathering together. The pool was clean and we appreciated the pool floats and toys that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking or dishes you could need. The path to the beach was easy and when we stayed, at the end of September, the beach was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at Jewel at the Cape so much. The owners put great thought into the details of this house. The half bath by the pool was absolutely lifesaving with young kids. The outdoor shower with WARM water to rinse off was so nice. The large ice maker and filtered water were both convenient touches as well. We requested the pool to be heated and that was soooo worth it. We had no clue you could get a permit to drive on the beach until we got there. We ended up renting golf carts and they were such a game changer for our older family and hauling stuff back and forth from the beach. Everyone driving on the beach was very respectful and slow. Donna was extremely helpful, answering all questions we had. We hope to come back soon!!

This house provided the perfect atmosphere for a wonderful stress free week with family. We had a large group including two small children. The house accommodated everyone very nicely. We were absolutely amazed at all of the amenities included. We had everything that we needed. Very well stocked and we cooked every night. We were a little hesitant with the walking path down to the beach, but it wasn't that bad. It was a little hard for our older family members to get over the dune at the end, but we always made sure they had someone to lend a helping hand. We were so glad that we stayed here. We had a small problem with the elevator at first and a door handle, but Brian came very quickly and helped us out. We did not know that the small community where we stayed would not allow any RV parking overnight, but Be our Guest helped us out! Be our Guest staff were all wonderful! Thank you Donna, Brian, Gracie, and Dee!

This home is impeccably designed. So many high end touches. The kids bunch room is incredible ! Can’t beat the views. The pool area has tons of seating for lounging or a dinner by the pool. Perfect place a a big group. Would love to come back again!

We are snowbirds from Minnesota staying in this neighborhood and we rented this house for our daughter and family for their spring break. House was clean and well supplied but a bit dated. House had a musty smell liked it had been closed up a long time. Living room furniture is clean but older and uncomfortable to sit on. Lower level washer did not drain properly but small washer upper level worked well. Management was quick to respond when lower level bathroom door became locked but were unable to resolve issue. Location was great and access to beach is easy. With some updates this could be a great rental.

The rental is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, Trading Post, Webers. Beach access was close to the house. House was clean and well stocked for a week's stay. Property Management company was very helpful and available for any issues or questions.

This was our second stay at this property. Super easy beach access. Be Our Guest staff is always so responsive. Had a problem with lock code upon arrival and they answered on first ring, and had us inside in 30 seconds. Dog friendly is always a requirement for us. Owners might want to consider updating living room furniture as next investment. It’s perfectly functional and clean, but a bit dated.

We loved our stay in Sea Casa! It was our home away from home for two months. It is comfortable and homey; it has everything we needed for a great vacation. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short walk from the beach! We enjoyed the deck and the screened porch. The deck receives sunshine most of the day. The house, itself, has a lot of windows, which make it bright and airy. We can see the gulf from the couch in the living space! The large kitchen bar allows for both food preparation and comfortable dining! It worked really well for us.

We had no personal contact with property management team during our stay other than to finalize plans for our stay in 2026. They were very efficient in that regard.

We liked the house and overall had a nice experience.
Suggestions:
1) replace the shower doors. They kept getting stuck. Toilets do not flush correctly.
2) More cleaning supplies and glassware. There was no spray to wipe down the counters with; not even a sponge. The floors kept getting sandy everyday with only the 3 of us. There needs to be and indoor doormat. We had to do dishes everyday for the 3 of us due to the fact of few glasses.
3) I would not rent kayaks from the company you gave us. They gave us a kayak with a hole in the bottom which ultimately took on water and capsized throwing our daughter into the ocean and her belongings that were with her. She was fine, but her belongings were lost to the ocean.

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and provided many items we usually have to take. It was
great that a beach wagon and chairs were provided, also beach towels. The location was within walking
distance of shops and food. We had a great time.
The only complaint was we kept losing the internet
service (but they were working on it). We were at the beach most of the time anyway.

The price and location were excellent and that’s why I chose this house. Easy access to the beach and a few stores and food places. We really enjoyed the screened porch and deck. The livingroom furniture wasn't the most comfortable and the dryer barely works but it didn’t matter to us since we were there to enjoy the sun and outdoors. . Overall, I would stay here again for the price I paid.

Tucked away just 125 steps or a one-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach of Cape San Blas, Sea Casa offers a peaceful and relaxing setting, making it one of the most delightful smaller homes you will find on the Cape. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Casa. The house is cozy and clean and feels like home!!! We love the access to the garage where we can keep our beach/fishing gear! The lower level allows us to do our laundry and/or watch TV or read a book in the rec room space. It’s great! The lower level

The rental is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, Trading Post, Webers. Beach access was close to the house. House was clean and well stocked for a week's stay. Property Management company was very helpful and available for any issues or questions.

This was our second stay at this property. Super easy beach access. Be Our Guest staff is always so responsive. Had a problem with lock code upon arrival and they answered on first ring, and had us inside in 30 seconds. Dog friendly is always a requirement for us. Owners might want to consider updating living room furniture as next investment. It’s perfectly functional and clean, but a bit dated.

We loved our stay in Sea Casa! It was our home away from home for two months. It is comfortable and homey; it has everything we needed for a great vacation. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short walk from the beach! We enjoyed the deck and the screened porch. The deck receives sunshine most of the day. The house, itself, has a lot of windows, which make it bright and airy. We can see the gulf from the couch in the living space! The large kitchen bar allows for both food preparation and comfortable dining! It worked really well for us.

We had no personal contact with property management team during our stay other than to finalize plans for our stay in 2026. They were very efficient in that regard.

Great place for my husband and I and our 2 dogs! Walking to beach and seafood shop was so good . Perfect time of the year in October. Not many people and no waits for restaurants. Also the best month for Oysters . Definitely worth the price! We will be back next year

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and provided many items we usually have to take. It was
great that a beach wagon and chairs were provided, also beach towels. The location was within walking
distance of shops and food. We had a great time.
The only complaint was we kept losing the internet
service (but they were working on it). We were at the beach most of the time anyway.

The price and location were excellent and that’s why I chose this house. Easy access to the beach and a few stores and food places. We really enjoyed the screened porch and deck. The livingroom furniture wasn't the most comfortable and the dryer barely works but it didn’t matter to us since we were there to enjoy the sun and outdoors. . Overall, I would stay here again for the price I paid.

We have been vacationing on the cape for about 30 years now and have never had any complaints but I will have to say that it is going to be hard to beat Sippin Sunshine. We had our kids and their kids, our grands with us and everyone loved the house, the game room, pool, all the beach gear the location and the weather. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. Already looking forward to next year!

We had the best beach vacation ever! This house has it all. Location, view, comfort, clean and super well stocked with everything you need. I have rented tons of homes and I've never seen a house as well stocked as this one. They provided 14 beach chairs, kayaks, beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, games, books. The beach was a super short walk down the private boardwalk. We loved hanging out at the pool in the late afternoon after spending the day at the beach, and I especially loved the gas firepit. Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals and the beds were super comfortable after a long day. Donna was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this house. I will be back.

Sippin’ Sunsets is an amazing beach house and was perfect for our spring break crew which included 3 families and 9 kids. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen/living space easily accommodated our large group of 15 with plenty of seating. Beatiful private space in the back with pool, fire pit, open area to play corn hole, etc and private access to the beach. Be Our Guest (the property mgmt company )was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

We had the best beach vacation ever! This house has it all. Location, view, comfort, clean and super well stocked with everything you need. I have rented tons of homes and I've never seen a house as well stocked as this one. They provided 14 beach chairs, kayaks, beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, games, books. The beach was a super short walk down the private boardwalk. We loved hanging out at the pool in the late afternoon after spending the day at the beach, and I especially loved the gas firepit. Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals and the beds were super comfortable after a long day. Donna was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this house. I will be back.

We have been vacationing on the cape for about 30 years now and have never had any complaints but I will have to say that it is going to be hard to beat Sippin Sunshine. We had our kids and their kids, our grands with us and everyone loved the house, the game room, pool, all the beach gear the location and the weather. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. Already looking forward to next year!

What a nice property! Loved being near the beach and the private pool. Well stocked with all you need to cook etc. The elevator was much appreciated on check in and out days. The staff at Be our guest did a great job with our requests and issues. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

I’ve been all over the world. No place has has accommodations as perfect as this . Wonderful that every bedroom has a private bath! Well designed to provide any need. Two refrigerators, an ice maker, an elevator, pool, grill, private beach entry. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided. I highly recommend this house for a family or friend gathering.

Sippin’ Sunsets is an amazing beach house and was perfect for our spring break crew which included 3 families and 9 kids. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen/living space easily accommodated our large group of 15 with plenty of seating. Beatiful private space in the back with pool, fire pit, open area to play corn hole, etc and private access to the beach. Be Our Guest (the property mgmt company )was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Just Wow! What a wonderful place for a group to gather together! It was just perfect. The last thing I want to do is unpack the car when I get to my vacation destination but lo and behold the elevator is just inside the front door! I Sent all our luggage up to the third floor and rolled it down the hall to our Gulf view room for the week! Needless to say, I worked up a thirst with all that button bushing and wheeling luggage on a flat surface! I found the stairs to be the usual way to go up and down but the elevator is great for heavy loads when you need it. So many features to talk about but lets start with the fun stuff! Beach toys are stored by the pool and there is even a wagon to transport goodies to the beach. There's two kayaks as well, all of this is easily carried to the beach. If its windy, you can always stay in the private, fenced back yard beach for a little protection from the wind. This house is listed as beach view but actually owns the beachfront at the private boardwalk which runs into the back yard where you will find a heated pool and a huge back yard that looks like a sand volleyball court. You may be hot and thirsty when you arrive back from the beach but don't worry, just inside the first floor door there is a commercial icemaker and beverage refrigerator which we stocked for convenience. Once you have settled down you may get hungry...Well, if you are still outside, you can cook on the "egg" style barbecue which upon our visit had not yet been used. There is also a gas grill outside. and a cooler on wheels (which you can roll over to the icemaker) Upstairs in the kitchen there's two full sized refrigerators and freezers large enough a a house this size. While you're getting ready for dinner, don't worry, the kids will be busy playing in the yard or maybe playing air hockey or some vintage table video games from the 1980's in the play room. Its a nice area away from the common area attached to the only room with a queen bed and the only bedroom on the second floor. Good setup. If you need to take a trip to the store but there's not a supermarket on the cape, don't worry the Trading Post is a couple hundred yards away and surprisingly had everything we were looking for all week. Conveniently also located a the Trading Post is an ice cream store, coffee shop, donut shop and you guessed it, a liquor store! In short this little slice of heaven has everything a group of friends or a three generation family could want. No need for me to go on about the cape itself, everyone knows all about it now. The good news is, you can enjoy it all while "Sippin' Sunsets" at this beautiful home facing west on the back porch or on the beach.

So happy with the Beach House, it had to been professionally planned to fit a large family or small families, could not believe comfort and so beautiful. Interior designs with large den area was amazing when arriving and finding out no stairs to carry luggage up, with elevator located at Entrance to save us steps. Everything was super clean, den, large kitchen, dish washer, large double refrigerators, with large stove and oven. So comfortable we didn’t want to go home. Weather was a little cool and windy, So we enjoyed heated swimming pool and fire pit. Can’t say enough about this house. Usually I don’t leave a comment ; but this has to be said we can’t wait to come back. Great location, yard private walkway to beach, plenty to f bedrooms with large TVs , great game room for our young grand children. P.S. Will miss beautiful sunsets

What a great week!! Kids loved the bunk bed room and play area. The beds are so comfortable and sheets are a good quality. Washer and dryer are a plus to keep clothes clean. Private walkway to the beach is wonderful. We have already booked for next year again!

If you want all future vacations to be ruined, this is the house to book. Every detail was thought of, from the ice maker to the perfect water pressure in the showers. Two refrigerators, two dryers, a ton of beds and bedrooms! The house is amazing! The pool is incredible and the perfect size! The fenced in yard and private walkway to the beach is such a special touch that makes it seem like you have the perfect piece of paradise all to yourself. It’s also incredibly close (as in walking distance) to The Trading Post. I cannot recommend this house enough, but I’m also aware that unless we stay at this house for all future Cape visits, no house will ever be good enough.

This house is just a boardwalk away from the beach and near the state park, so it's pretty quiet. Great to have a pool for the kiddies when the tide is too strong for them.

Our family of eleven spent a week enjoying the beauty and convenience of the Monarch. The Monarch is beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed for the week and more. We had plenty of space for both sleeping and any other activities in which we desired to participate. The spacious kitchen was a dream for me and enabled my husband and me to prepare several delicious meals for our crew. From the time we initially booked to the end of our stay, I communicated with management twice, and both times, I received an immediate response. We were very satisfied with with our stay and are already discussing a return visit as soon as our schedules allow. Some precious memories were made at the Monarch during the week!

This was our second year to stay at The Monarch. Our family love the house layout. It’s perfect for my children and grandchildren. Each suite has its one well appointed bathroom. The bunk room accommodates all the grands and they love staying together. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. We love being right on the ocean with the pool overlooking the ocean. We used the gas grill a lot. I 100% recommend this house. I plan to book again next year.

Great house - terrific layout! House was extremely clean & the best appointed with all the necessities. We’ve rented numerous houses from San Destin to St George Island and always take necessities (I.e. dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper goods, laundry products etc) with us so as not to have to purchase upon arrrival. This trip we brought most of these items home. Donna and Gracie were extremely helpful and professional - quickly responding to the 1 issue we had.

This house has everything you need. The pool was great. The private boardwalk from the house to the beach was perfect. Watching the dolphins swimming from the balcony of the house was amazing! This is by far the best house we have stayed at in Cape San Blas. The property was spectacular and large enough for two families! The bedroom sizes were spacious and love all the additional living space on second floor for the kiddos to enjoy. The pool was perfect size and we all loved the flat (no steps) beach access!!! The only true “issues” we encountered was our 3 year old nephew fell off the bottom bunk a few times because the mattress was really high and the air conditioning did not flow as good in the 4 bed bunk room. But thankfully there were plenty of fans in the closets to utilize. Also would love if there were more baking pans offered! We had to bake brownie cupcakes :) overall amazing stay and would definitely come back. - Kim Kenyon

We come to Cape San Blas every summer. This was a really nice house, good location and the boardwalk was the best. Only not so good thing I can say is the pool got a little murky as the pool guy only came once and threw in some chemicals. Did not vacuum. Aside from that it was a great house. We would rent again except as the grandkids get older we need a bigger house.

This was our 30th year vacationing at the Cape and Monarch was by far our favorite place to stay. This place was top notch from the beautiful furnishings and decor to the extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen was very spacious with nice appliances which made cooking for our family of 10 a breeze. We enjoyed all the extras... ice machines, coolers on every floor, supply of beach towels, and all the sitting/lounging areas with big screen tvs. The staff at Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals was extremely friendly and quick to respond when we had a need. We had a wonderful time at Monarch on Cape San Blast. It was our first time to the cape and what a magnificent home to enjoy the seclusion and beauty of the water and sun. Home is beautifully appointed and has wonderful access to the beach and sunsets! Worked well for 4 couples (no kids) for a work celebration trip. Amenities were great, stove/grill were terrific as we didn't want to leave for dinner. Local gem of the Scallop Republic was fun for happy hour and some music, still get home for sunset and dinner. Don't rent a paddle board and might suggest saving on bikes (or bring own) as not much to pedal to, just walk! Bring umbrella for poolside as sun was brilliant and no shade by pool or decks in afternoon. Lovely stay, thank you.

This house is just a boardwalk away from the beach and near the state park, so it's pretty quiet. Great to have a pool for the kiddies when the tide is too strong for them.

Our family of eleven spent a week enjoying the beauty and convenience of the Monarch. The Monarch is beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed for the week and more. We had plenty of space for both sleeping and any other activities in which we desired to participate. The spacious kitchen was a dream for me and enabled my husband and me to prepare several delicious meals for our crew. From the time we initially booked to the end of our stay, I communicated with management twice, and both times, I received an immediate response. We were very satisfied with with our stay and are already discussing a return visit as soon as our schedules allow. Some precious memories were made at the Monarch during the week!

This was our second year to stay at The Monarch. Our family love the house layout. It’s perfect for my children and grandchildren. Each suite has its one well appointed bathroom. The bunk room accommodates all the grands and they love staying together. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. We love being right on the ocean with the pool overlooking the ocean. We used the gas grill a lot. I 100% recommend this house. I plan to book again next year.

Great house - terrific layout! House was extremely clean & the best appointed with all the necessities. We’ve rented numerous houses from San Destin to St George Island and always take necessities (I.e. dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper goods, laundry products etc) with us so as not to have to purchase upon arrrival. This trip we brought most of these items home. Donna and Gracie were extremely helpful and professional - quickly responding to the 1 issue we had.

This house has everything you need. The pool was great. The private boardwalk from the house to the beach was perfect. Watching the dolphins swimming from the balcony of the house was amazing! Any questions we had were answered immediately. The price point was good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We come to Cape San Blas every summer. This was a really nice house, good location and the boardwalk was the best. Only not so good thing I can say is the pool got a little murky as the pool guy only came once and threw in some chemicals. Did not vacuum. Aside from that it was a great house. We would rent again except as the grandkids get older we need a bigger house.

This is by far the best house we have stayed at in Cape San Blas. The property was spectacular and large enough for two families! The bedroom sizes were spacious and love all the additional living space on second floor for the kiddos to enjoy. The pool was perfect size and we all loved the flat (no steps) beach access!!! The only true “issues” we encountered was our 3 year old nephew fell off the bottom bunk a few times because the mattress was really high and the air conditioning did not flow as good in the 4 bed bunk room. But thankfully there were plenty of fans in the closets to utilize. Also would love if there were more baking pans offered! We had to bake brownie cupcakes :) overall amazing stay and would definitely come back. - Kim Kenyon

This was our 30th year vacationing at the Cape and Monarch was by far our favorite place to stay. This place was top notch from the beautiful furnishings and decor to the extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen was very spacious with nice appliances which made cooking for our family of 10 a breeze. We enjoyed all the extras... ice machines, coolers on every floor, supply of beach towels, and all the sitting/lounging areas with big screen tvs. The staff at Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals was extremely friendly and quick to respond when we had a need. We will definitely be using them again for our future stays. Thanks so much! This was a vacation full of great memories our family will never forget!

We had a wonderful time at Monarch on Cape San Blast. It was our first time to the cape and what a magnificent home to enjoy the seclusion and beauty of the water and sun. Home is beautifully appointed and has wonderful access to the beach and sunsets! Worked well for 4 couples (no kids) for a work celebration trip. Amenities were great, stove/grill were terrific as we didn't want to leave for dinner. Local gem of the Scallop Republic was fun for happy hour and some music, still get home for sunset and dinner. Don't rent a paddle board and might suggest saving on bikes (or bring own) as not much to pedal to, just walk! Bring umbrella for poolside as sun was brilliant and no shade by pool or decks in afternoon. Lovely stay, thank you.

Gorgeous home with beautiful beachfront views. Super comfy beds and furnishings. Loved the heated pool and easy beach access. Donna and Gracie were responsive as usual to any minor issues. Never got the ice maker to work properly but with the Trading Post close by it wasn’t a big deal. Great home for an extended family getaway. We love Cape San Blas!!

The condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 toddlers. Pool was so nice! I would suggest having chemicals checked mid week. Donna and the BeOur Guest team were so easy and professional! I would love to bring my family back next summer!
