141 CSB defines a new standard of "luxury" on Cape San Blas. The furnishings, finishes and layout flow gloriously from interior living spaces to dunes, white sand and emerald waters just beyond the lavish decks and pool. The well thought out gathering areas offer an abundance of windows which bring in natural light. The home remains vibrant at night with impressive illumination, home entertainment and plenty of quality systems to keep you precisely comfortable throughout your stay. With five bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and two powder rooms, this gulf front vacation home accommodates ten.

*The gourmet kitchen makes a statement with high-end appliance brands such as Subzero, Wolf, Fisher and Paykel. The 6-burner gas range with griddle top is ready for your most discerning chef. The oversized refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, pantry space and many accessories make cooking and clean up a joy. The beautifully illuminated quartzite island seats five and the dining table invites all ten guests to dine together. (BTW – if shopping, cooking and dishes are not your thing, ask us about our concierge services and let us do the rest!)

*If the private pool is not enough, you can venture off to enjoy two shared pools and hot tub in the resort community of Ovation. Gated boardwalk access points ensure privacy for the area. Also available are tennis courts, a fitness center, and an enormous lawn which flanks the bay and two docks. The community sets just a short walk down the Loggerhead trail from the T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph State Park which is home to an abundance of untouched nature.

*To further enhance the experience, your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear rental. Select the bikes, boards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas you want, and they will be delivered to 141CSB the day of your arrival.
