Sea View Place rests high on a dune with amazing vistas of the emerald gulf and white sand beaches of Cape San Blas. Hot off the press and as crisp as a newly minted dollar bill, this home is ready for your family vacation. SVP is beautifully furnished and stocked full of all the extras you’ve come to expect from our homes. The kitchen and living space is huge and very open. All floors offer gulf facing patios or decks. You will love the North Cape location, easy beach access and private pool. Just a bike ride or a stroll down the Loggerhead Trail and you have the convenience of grocery essentials, ice cream and the fresh catch of the day!
*On the ground floor you will find parking for four vehicles, the in ground private, heated (for a fee) pool and an outdoor hot/cold shower. The entrance foyer offers plenty of closet storage for your extra items.
*Up the stairs and on the second level there are three bedrooms. The two gulf facing bedrooms offer king beds and a large, shared balcony. The third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk with a pull-out twin trundle.
*Going up the stairs to the third (top) level you are greeted by a large open living area with bar seating in the kitchen and French doors leading to a wonderful deck. This is the place where dinners are prepped, the family gathers and sunsets are the feature event. The king bedroom includes a full bath which is shared with the common area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and then some!
Ground floor:
* Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
* Inground private pool (option to heat for a fee) It has a nice paver pool surround and a perimeter fence.
* Parking for 4+ cars and room for a trailer.
Level 2:
*Two gulf facing king bedrooms w/private baths, large tiled walk-in showers and quartz vanities.
*Twin over full bunk w/twin trundle. Private bath with traditional tub.
*Laundry closet with stacking, front loading oversized washer and dryer.
*Large gulf facing balcony is access from and shared by both king suites.
Level 3:
* Kitchen w/range, french-door refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range and plenty of cupboard space stocked with prep and serving items. Traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. All appliances are stainless.
* Large kitchen peninsula w/seating for (4), quartz counter tops.
* Dining table w/seating for (6).

*This home also includes a $250 VayK gear credit that guests can use toward beach gear rental during your stay. This credit is limited to a maximum of 14 days.
*We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit of 25 for renters.

The views from the top deck are stunning!! Watch the colorful Cape San Blas sunsets right from your own patio. This house is super clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need or want for a great week at the beach. The private pool, closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, cooler, and more made our stay even better!! We have been coming to Cape San Blas for over 10 years and this is definitely one of our very favorite houses!!

Five stars for Sea View Place! We had the best time! The house was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed for a great trip. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and the house had lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. The heated pool in early April was perfect, and the proximity to the beach was just right. We would definitely book this house again in the future! I didn't need to speak to the management company while I was there, because there were zero issues, but Donna was very helpful with my questions in advance of our stay.

This place was amazing. The views each morning and colorful sunsets made each day so relaxing. We wanted for nothing as this place had every amenity anyone could ask for. From every kitchen appliance, comfy furniture (beds were so comfortable!), books to read, games to play, the swimming pool, backyard fire pit, and a closet with everything for the beach. My husband and I can't wait to come back to this paradise.

We had such a great stay at Sea View Place. They provide everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. Not only did they provide toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc but they also have great beach supplies...chairs, bikes, beach cart, umbrellas...just to name a few things.
It is in a great location close to the Trading Post and a very short walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor seating areas were a wonderful addition. I would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and great communication.

Our group of 8 was very excited to be the first to stay in Sea View Place! The house had everything we needed like appliances and everything was very new and modern. It was interesting that the kitchen was on the highest floor. Rooms were very clean and the front porch had a beautiful view of the beach. It was only a short walk to the beach also and it was nice and quiet with lots of fish, very clear water. There was also 2 colorful kites we could fly and 4 bicycles for adults and kids. It was a quiet neighborhood so very peaceful. Roads there were lovely and convenient with lots of stores and restaurants. Next time, we would definitely come to stay here again ❤️❤️❤️

The location is perfect, 125 steps to soak your feet in the warmest, cleanest and peaceful ocean. 4 minutes away from the local stores where you can get groceries, over counter medicines, ice and everything. the 4 bedrooms have its own baths is the big plus. the kitchen is full of amenities and you will love. we love the 2 big balconies with ocean view, we enjoyed the view so much. And on top of that, the house is super clean, super nice and the owner is sure friendly and such a happy couples too. we will sure be back.

It was exactly as described in the listing. The owner has provided everything we could possibly need.
Sea View Place was the perfect house for our family of 5 and another family of 4. The pictures and property description were 100% accurate. The house was exceptionally clean and included ample supplies of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap as well as shower supplies + handsoap in all the bathrooms. The beds + pillows were comfortable and low maintenance, every bedroom was equipt with dressers & laundry baskets. If you stay in March/April - HEAT THE POOL, its worth the extra cost. The storage closet had everything we needed - bags, beach toys, beach chairs - you name it. The house is just steps from the beach (don't even need shoes) and the views from each balcony were amazing.
Property management team was very responsive to all questions.
My only recommendation to improve the house would be for them to stock Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil for cooking.
I would recommend this property to others looking for a very quiet, low-key beach vacation with cooking at home. There are only a couple restaurants on the cape and a couple general stores.
