As always, the home was in tiptop condition. All amenities anyone could need were all provided. I especially appreciate the well equipped kitchen which offers sharp knives, ample paper products and both a drip and K- pod machine

Another year at Baytripper and couldn’t be happier! Love how we were greeted with a card and flowers on the kitchen counter. It’s the little extra things! Working with Donna was a breeze and she was always quick to reply to emails and calls. Top notch rental company and top notch rental home. See ya next year!

Our stay was wonderful and the home was great! We really enjoyed having access to the bay, and to the beach with just a short walk. The house was beautiful and very well equipped, and it had everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely be back!

Perfect home for a family reunion, plenty of room to spread out and everyone have their own space. The ice maker and beverage cooler was perfect! Having access to both the bay and the ocean made for perfect sunrises AND sunset views!

We can't say enough good things about staying at the Bay Tripper! We love Cape San Blas, and this was our first time staying in the Ovation complex. We won't stay anywhere else anymore! The house is so beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and well-stocked. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The beach is a quick, easy walk and we loved being close to the bayside pool and piers. It was such an added bonus to have a kayak and paddle board available as well. We absolutely loved it and will be back for sure!

The Bay Tripper was the perfect vacation rental. Extremely beautiful space and the lay out was great. It was equipped with any and everything you could need indoors and also for the beach. The home was spotless. Donna, the property manager that assisted us, went about and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. The beach is a very short walk or bike ride and the pool by the bay was absolutely gorgeous.

The Bay Tripper is wonderful! It is beautiful, comfortable and soacious! The kitchen is amazing with all the extras! Loved the labels on the shelves to help us return things to where they belong - super helpful when putting dishes up! Everything about the house is top notch quality!

Everyone had a great time. The house can accommodate 6 adults comfortably, plus an additional bunk room with four bunks.

The additional half bath on the main floor is very convenient.
The view from the porch is very calming and peaceful.

The property is very well maintained and all amenities were in perfect order.

The house and neighborhood are perfect. The swimming pools and views were amazing. Being fall break I expected it to be crowded but the entire week we only saw 2 people at the pools. The house is over the top loaded with anything you need, including a kayak, paddle board, beach chairs and towels. Pay the extra to rent a golf cart. It made the trip much better and you can drive on the beach and find the perfect spot. If you want a relaxing, comfortable vacation, book here.

This house fit our party of 9 perfectly. Plenty of space for all. Great location on bayside with space for our boat and we golf carted to beach. Tons to do in this location; bayside pool, docks for fishing, bike riding, great views. Definitely recommend.

The house was nicely appointed. The 2 master BR were very large.
Very clean. Loved Ovation! The development is beautiful!

Family of 10 loved house and location. The pools and hot tub were great for April weather.

We enjoy going to the beach any time of year and stayed at BayTripper last weekend for our anniversary. Even though the weather was mostly cold and rainy; we were so pleased to have such a fabulous, beautifully appointed house since we stayed indoors much of the time! Six adults could all sit together in the great room comfortably watching TV or playing games. The kitchen is wonderful, organized and user friendly which was important this trip as we stayed in and cooked a lot. As other reviews have mentioned there are great decks around the house to enjoy coffee and beverages and watching wildlife. Easy access to infinity pool and beaches. And we were able to bring our fur babies! Ovation is a very nice, safe community. We had a care free stay and can’t wait to come back!

This is one of the most relaxing and well appointed homes that we have rented. The kitchen layout was perfect for entertaining many guest (our favorite on the Cape so far). Located on the Bayside (quiet side) of Cape San Blas Rd, we felt like we had the community to ourselves... enjoyed spectacular sunrise with fresh brewed coffee I couldn’t have asked for any better downtime. We enjoyed the short walk to the infinity pool and bay piers where there was so much life in the water. The stroll to the beach wasn’t bad either, but they also had convenient parking right at the entrance... hoping the rates stay in check we will definitely return!

We have been coming to the Cape for 8 years now, have never stayed in the same place, but this property may break our trend. It was by far the best layout, and location for our family to enjoy everything we love to do on the Cape.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked house in ovation. We have stayed in many homes on the cape over the years, but never in Ovation. We really enjoyed staying in ovation. Access to the pools and the bay was very nice. Having a gated community was also a plus. We felt comfortable letting the kiddos ride around on bikes and chase critters. Bikes and a golf cart are a MUST HAVE. The walk to the beach is nice once or twice, but for all the beach gear and the back and fort, you will be glad you rented a bike with a beach cart or a golf cart...or both. The house was well stocked with ample trash bags, soap, etc. This was the first house we have stayed in that had full access to all the beach toys. We were happily surprised to find a kayak, paddleboard, chairs, etc. That was a very welcome addition and kind of the owners to show that much trust in their renters. The wifi had to be reset and we could not find a dust pan, but the house was tops all the way around.

We were lucky enough to call Bay Tripper home for several months this past winter, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Beautiful spacious design, classy finishes and incredible views. Ovation is also a great community for kids and was an awesome place to base ourselves and enjoy the natural beauty of the Cape. The pictures don't do it justice! Would book again in a heartbeat.

This home was a perfect setup for our family. Super well equipped kitchen, many extras items you would not expect to find in a rental home. We loved the location and enjoyed our time on both the bayside and beachside of Cape San Blas. Easy walk to get to beach. The management company was very responsive with any questions we had before arrival. Loved being away from the crowds in this beautiful location!

Beautiful home. Loved the beach motif. The kitchen is well-stocked for the cook that wants to make meals. The view of the bay is unobstructed and the deck was a great place for our evening cocktail. Quiet neighborhood - not too crowded. Was able to take walks in the bay at low tide and see the wildlife. We kayaked, paddlenboarded, rode bikes, swam and used the fire pit on several evenings. Highly recommend this home and location for a family looking to spend time together .

Bay Tripper was a wonderful home. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was every kind of kitchen utensil, gadget or appliance one would need. The view was incredible. The house was clean and spacious for our group of ten. There were beach chairs and boogie boards and umbrellas and other useful items in the garage. It was great to not have to haul all that stuff from home. And, the beach towels were plush and large and we were glad to not have to pack that or linens or bath towels. It was nice to have the two pools so we could go to a different one if we felt one was too crowded. We were able to have fun on the beach and the bay kayaking and paddle boarding. The house was tastefully decorated and not overdone. Best of all was the service from Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals. Both Donna and Brian were top notch to work with and very friendly, professional, and helpful.
