This home resides on the much-favored North Cape San Blas. The unobstructed gulf front vistas and large, private built-in pool and patio make "Fishlips" the perfect family beach retreat. There are very few gulf front homes with private pools in the area. The pool on this home is exceptional. You will not find another like it. The pool area has multiple chaise lounge chairs and an eating area that seats 6. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. You will also find a full complement of beach toys and games, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for use. This home checks all the boxes and much, much more!
The living level of the house has a spacious living room, dining area with table that seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at a kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities; side by side refrigerator, two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, a professional ice maker and more (an additional side by side refrigerator is located on the entry level). The deck on this level has a screened in dining area that seats 8 and an open-air conversation sitting area that provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. There is a king guest suite on this level that has a jetted tub/shower combo.
The third level has the master king suite with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk in shower. A second king guest suite has a tub/shower combo. Both of these suites have direct access to the gulf facing deck. This deck will have two double chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying the view. Also on this level is bunk room suite which has two twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and a large walk-in shower.

Easily one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. There were only 4 of us and we could have easily doubled the number of people and not been cramped. The owners have EVERYTHING you need for inside and outside activities. Never got tired of the ocean views from all levels. If you're going in the winter just an FYI the pool will not be swimmable even with the heater. Pool looked great though!

We had a blast at Fish Lips! The house was more than we could ask for! Very clean! Some of our favorite things were- 2 dishwashers, outdoor toilet and shower, outdoor closet stocked with ANYTHING you could possibly want for the beach and more (you do not need to bring chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, single kayaks, beach cooler, beach blankets- it is all there)! The kitchen and laundry are completely stocked and the bathrooms all have Dove soap and Tresemme products! The pool is amazing and was our kids' favorite part! The only down-side we found was that the dune has eroded away and has left a 6-ft. cliff that you have to climb down to get to the beach (there is a channel burrowed to help you, but it is difficult to manage with beach gear). If you are older or disabled in any way, I would recommend holding off staying here until the beach access is improved. The beach was great (fairly short due to the erosion, but that means you don't have to go far to set up camp). One benefit of the changing beach shape is that the ocean in front of the house is very shallow (~1 -3 ft. deep for approx. 100 yards out). This was perfect for our group of young kids. They played in the ocean for hours and loved it! We even saw some dolphins! We had some great food on the island- we loved Longbill's. And the town of Port St. Joe (about a 15 minute drive) is so quaint and also has great food. There is a marina not far from the house if you want to rent a boat- we rented a pontune for an afternoon and docked in Eagle Harbor which had shallow crystal-clear water and was amazing! Overall excellent vacation!! Be Our Guest managed the house very well and were great to work with!

This is an amazing property. Fantastic beach -- right at your door and a great pool. Wonderful furnishings indoor and out. So convenient to have two dishwashers and two fridges. The gear provided is excellent. Property manager had propane delivered as soon as it got low. There were ten of us - 3 generations.
Nice take out available minutes down the road on the Cape as well as seafood store and general stores. Eating out is 25 minutes away in Port St. Joe. It was just right for us, as we were there to chill out. Very friendly place.

This beautiful home is right on the beach and was the perfect place for a winter vacation with our children and grandchildren. The property description was spot on, and we loved the extra amenities, such as 2 dish washers, heated pool, outdoor bathroom and beach toys. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond to my call. I would most definitely recommend this property! I'd like to make one suggestion...add exterior lights to the grill area, pool, and outdoor bathroom.

Great house and literally only a few steps from the beach. When we go on our beach vacations we want to be on the beach. Not across the dunes, not down a boardwalk. Fish lips is just that. A great house in a great location and right on the beach. Pool was also wonderfully large. Water and beach Toys were amazing. And Donna our host at Be Our Guest could not have been nicer and more helpful

I have stayed in many homes on Cape San Blas and I have never seen a more complete offering than Fishlips. It has everything you want and will exceed your expectations from the pictures. Each room is spacious and equipped with clean furniture and fixtures. The views from the top king rooms are spectacular. The second floor living room and kitchen set up for the perfect gathering space and the 2nd floor porch is the best place to watch the new day begin with a cup of coffee.
Fishlips will not disappoint and I look forward to my next visit!

The home was perfectly located on the beach and stocked with any kind of beach gear that you could desire. The pool was beautiful and refreshing after a long day on the beach. The home was clean and ready at our designated arrival time. Our kids and grandkids had a blast. One of the best memories of the trip was all of the laughter from our Grands. We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!
