What’s important to me when choosing a property management company is that they take care of my house and my guests. They make my house present well and are accessible to my guests for any reason. 


 Brian’s team makes sure my guests feel welcome and attended to. It’s a first class experience. I didn’t feel that way with my previous company. I felt like I was just one of the many houses they were managing and they really didn’t care about me or my guests. They were not certainly not accommodating or really even very nice to them.  I was so unhappy but I didn’t feel like I had another option.
