Set along the beautiful shores of Cape San Blas and Indian Pass, this spacious coastal retreat is designed for families and groups who want to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together without sacrificing comfort, privacy, or convenience. Beachfront Blessings is an exceptional beachfront home was created to accommodate larger groups while still offering individual privacy.

With five king suites, additional bunk and daybed accommodations, two generous living areas, an elevator serving every floor, and a beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen, the home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Outside, one of the larger private pools on the Cape, a full poolside bathroom, expansive beachfront decks, and abundant parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers make it especially well-suited for larger family vacations and multi-generational gatherings. From mornings overlooking the Gulf to evenings spent together after a day at the beach, this is a home designed for making memories.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

Bedrooms:
This home was designed with five king ensuite bedrooms. Each is outfitted with a walk-in closet, dresser storage and a smart TV. The second level offers three king ensuites and a daybed room all with access to the gulf facing shared deck. There is also a secondary living room along with bunkroom ensuite on the second level. The third level includes two gulf facing master ensuites for a total of (7) seven total bedroom ensuites sleeping (16) sixteen guests.

This home includes a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. No events over the expressed capacity of the house are allowed. Pets are “considered” at this home but must be preapproved at time of booking.
