Easy Breezy

This house is one if not the best house I’ve ever stayed at on the beach. The house was in perfect shape and very clean. It had everything we could ever need for a nice week at the beach. The views from the balcony are unbelievable!! I would recommend this house to everyone. Definitely will be coming back.

There's an elevator! Which was really nice for getting things up to our room on the fourth floor! Every room has stunning views, heated pool was really nice and the kids loved hunting for shells and shark teeth on the beack.

This was the second time staying at this house. Premier level house in a premiere level location. A stones throw from the beach down the private access, and walking distance to several great eating locations.

We just got back last week from Easy Breezy on Cape San Blas, and I’m still smiling. This place was perfect for our big group. Direct beach access with a private boardwalk—literally steps from the house onto the sugar sand. We spent most of our time playing in the water, watching the Gulf from the decks, or relaxing in the private pool- it's heated! The bedroom views were unreal; waking up to that emerald water every morning never got old.The house is roomy without feeling cavernous. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together in the main living area and kitchen, but also enough bedrooms (including the Gulf-front king suites) that people could retreat when they needed quiet. The elevator was a huge help with all the luggage and groceries. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The kitchen handled big meals easily, and they had a Nespresso for incredible coffee!Cape San Blas itself is as relaxed as the name suggests—uncrowded beach, easy walks, and that quiet “Old Florida” feel. The management (Be Our Guest) was responsive and helpful throughout. Easy Breezy lives up to the billing! We’ll be booking this one again. If you’re looking for a true Gulf-front house that actually delivers for a large group, Easy Breezy is the one.

I stayed the week here with my family and brand new fiance. The house was clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. It is the closest to the beach I've ever stayed, which is super nice as it means you don't have to cart your while life down there. If you are sitting on the beach and need something it's easy to just hop back to the house and grab it. It also has an elevator to help with moving things up and down the floors. Overall an amazing experience, perfect place to spend time with family, and a wonderful first beach trip with the woman I love!

We stayed here with a large group last week and had the best time! The beach is a short walk and so beautiful and full of seashells. Very calm waves and not much beach traffic. The house is bright and beautiful and has so much indoor and outdoor space for everyone to spread out. We loved the accommodations for our kids and appreciated the access to an elevator for loading and unloading our suitcases. The kitchen also has everything you need and we found ourselves needing for nothing. Thanks for letting us stay in your amazing home!

Phenomenal atmosphere, great beach access, and a wonderful time for all. The kitchen space for all gathered was phenomenal and the time spent with eachother was unmatched due to the nature of the Easy Breezy home. Will be staying here again!

Easy Breezy was exactly as advertised. Perfect location, beautiful home, well equipped, and clean. Everything was provided that you might need. Beds were comfortable. Porches on every level to enjoy the incredible sunsets. The elevator was greatly appreciated. Management provided excellent customer service.

What a beautiful home and great location! We had such a nice, peaceful week at the beach. The home is well maintained and super comfortable for our family of 12. It has easy access to an almost private beach. The views from each bedroom is spectacular. I highly recommend this vacation home to all!

Our family has visited Cape San Blas are many times! The weather was simply beautiful, Easy Breezy was a very roomy, beautiful, clean house to enjoy! Easy access to the beach, large porch to sit and watch the sunset! Our family would definitely book Easy Breezy again!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a vacation rental. The property was in great condition and extremely well stocked. I cannot say enough good things about the manager, Donna. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond with her service. I will definitely use Be My Guest for my next vacation rental.
