Top floor bathroom, two master gulf facing bedrooms, and main floor bay-side bedroom all offer en-suite bathrooms with custom tile showers, main shower head, rain-heads, and body sprays, all controlled by Kohler smart systems. Bunk room en-suite features a shower tub with handheld for easy child bathing after long days at the beach. Two large water heaters and a water pressure booster pump allow for stronger water pressure and more showers for everyone.
All three floors offer spacious decks with impressive ocean views. Two first floor gulf-side master bedrooms walk out to a large covered deck. The second floor main living area features a large 10’ double sliding glass door that opens to a covered deck and a screened eating area. The top floor opens through double sliding glass doors to an open deck, perfect for daytime sunning and nighttime stargazing. A bay-view open balcony is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the bay.
