Sandy Vault

We are on the way home from our week’s stay at Sandy Vault at Cape San Blas. Our time with our family was amazing. There were 11 of us (2 littles, 3 teenagers and 6 adults) and plenty of room to spread out. The porches are wonderful-screened and unscreened. The kitchen is nicely stocked and there are plenty of beds. The beach is about a 3-4 minute walk and the pool is about a 1 minute walk. The view from the top porch is amazing. If you have a big crowd and need lots of space, this is a perfect house to rent!! We will be back.

Sandy vault is incredible. The house is massive. The description doesn’t tell it all. This is the most well equipped house. The kitchen has everything you could imagine plus some. It has 2 full size refrigerators, an ice maker and a drink cooler on the main floor. There is also washer, dryer, and mini fridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor!!!! We have 4 separate families on the trip and we were not cramped at all. We have stayed in many house but this one takes the cake. If it’s open for your dates book it NOW! You won’t regret it. The top balcony is so refreshing.

This house was Amazing and perfect for our family of 18! It has EVERYTHING you will ever need at the beach. We have been coming to the Cape for over 20 years and this house tops them all. It was well stocked with all the essentials you need for the week, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, detergent, beach towels, two full size refrigerators, plus two min fridges, and a wine fridge, you name it this house had it! The kitchen had tons of room and was well stocked with everything you need if you plan to cook while on vacation. The elevator made it so nice to bring luggage, and groceries up, as well as when we were tired from a day at the beach!
We loved the boardwalk and the fact we could leave our chairs on it overnight and not have to pack them back and forth.
The pool was just across the street and was like our own private pool, there was never anyone else in it.
We had an issue with the air our first day there and Donna had someone at the house within an hour to fix it!
I can't say enough about how much we loved this house!

What a gem of a find! We usually go to 30Aand have stayed in some great homes there but the crowds are getting crazy so we decided to try Cape San Blas. This house is fabulous! Well maintained, beautiful decor and the porches are amazing. We went with 3 other couples and had more than enough room to spread out. Our floor had 2 King bedrooms with Ensuite as well as a bunk room with it's own ensuite. Washer/Dryer on each floor along with a well stocked coffee bar so you can get a cup of coffee in your jammies first thing than sit on your floors private balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The kitchen is is one the best equipped we've ever seen. Huge dining table inside and a super fun outside dining table on the 4th floor balcony. The beach is easy access and not crowded at all. White soft sand and bonfires at night were magical. Cute town to go shopping or have lunch/dinner. We hopefully will plan another trip to this wonderful house and beach soon.

My family just finished a fabulous week at Sandy Vault on Cape San Blas! It was on the far North side of the Cape - a most desirable location as was expected and delivered. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you would need for an over the top experience. An awesome view from the main living level gave it an almost beachfront feel. The walk to the beach just made it worth our while. Thank you for being exceptional stewarts of the property.

We had a wonderful stay. This house is set in such a peaceful and beautiful setting with wonderful views and an uncrowded beach. We stayed on the 2nd floor in one of the well appointed king rooms. The bathroom is large with double sinks. Each guest floor has a washer/dryer, mini fridge, and coffee machine for utmost convenience. The top floor has a well equipped kitchen and beautiful dining and great room perfect for hosting large crowds. We especially enjoyed eating outside on the covered deck every evening watching the sunsets. Loved the easy access to the beach on their private boardwalk. This place has it all.

Our stay was enjoyed by everyone. Beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets and this wonderful home with everything you’d ever need and a short walk from the beach.

Great beach house trip for big family trip. Huge family table -great for big family meals. Kitchen well stocked with all nice cooking essentials. Love all the different porches - great for hanging out or reading a good book. Kids loved the community pool that is large & always empty when we went there. It’s right across from the house. They also played a ton in the hot tub/cold pool at the house.Comfy beds a very spacious all around. Definitely will be coming back to visit again.

If you're looking to escape the crowds of 30A, this beach house in Cape San Blas is the perfect retreat. The home features four identical master bedrooms—ideal for multiple couples or families—plus two bunk rooms that are perfect for kids. We stayed with three families (two with children), and the space was more than comfortable; we easily could have accommodated another family. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax. We had a fantastic stay and are already planning to return!

We had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous beach home on Cape San Blas in April and Wow, it is fabulous!! We had plenty of room for gathering with our friends in the spacious kitchen and family room. We enjoyed many meals at the very large dining table that seats 16!! The kitchen was very well appointed to serve a crowd AND has an additional fridge in the walk in storage closet! All the bedrooms are en-suite with a laundry room/kitchenette on both sleeping floors with a coffee bar, microwave, under counter fridge and sink. We enjoyed being able to make our first cup of coffee just down the hall and enjoying it on the covered deck just outside the bedroom. Each floor has a covered deck and a separate screened porch all with seating galore. We really enjoyed that the home is in a gated community with a serene uncrowded beach that is just lovely. We enjoyed everything about this home including the bonfires on the beach that made our time there even more special. Highly recommend and hopefully looking forward to more stays at Sandy Vault!!

We had several families staying together and the house was great. Kitchen was very well stocked. They had some supplies of household products that most houses do not offer.
There is only one hang out area which is hard with people of all ages but we would definitely go back. We made it work.

Fabulous house and location! We had an amazing time on the beach and at the pool!
