About

Enjoy “Sunny Times” on Cape San Blas! Formerly known as “St Kitts”, this gulf front home features panoramic views of the white sand beach and amazing sunsets. Three gulf front decks, a semi-private pool and beach gear round out the expansive interior features. You will be in the center of the North Cape in the Ocean Haven development. Hop on a bike or walk down the nine mile Loggerhead path for an easy commute to the St Joseph State Park or local shopping.

Inside this home you will be treated to a large granite gourmet kitchen, four king gulf facing master suites, an elevator to all floors and plenty room for everyone to lounge, dine and gather. Sunny Times welcomes up to sixteen guests in six bedrooms and five and a half baths. You will find luxury mattresses, ensuite baths and large TV’s in every bedroom.

This home has a new owner. They have invested in a plethora of new furnishings, finishes and amenities. The house has been fully repainted as of December 2022.

Sunny Times is the perfect vacation home! The open concept living/kitchen was very spacious giving our family plenty of room to hangout and spend lots of quality time together. The home is beautiful, has beautiful ocean views and bedrooms/bathrooms are great! We will definitely hope to stay again! Communication with host was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Easy access to the beach was a plus, especially with our small children. Home management team was excellent. We have already booked our return trip next year.

This has always been a home away from home for years when we come to the Cape. This has only been better since it has been under new ownership! The home was very clean and everything was working properly and any issues we had, small at best, was taken care of quickly. Cannot wait to come back home next year!

We were a family of 6 adults and 7 children (ages 1-10) we all agreed we could not have found a better house. There was a bedroom with an ocean view (and a deck) for every couple. And with the living area between the bedroom floors the bedrooms remained quiet. The beach was just steps from our door. The outdoor shower, the ice maker, and the elevator (for the grandparents) were favorites. The seating was comfortable. The only issue we had in the house was addressed within hours and fixed. The questions before arrival were answered promptly too. Great house, great service.

We had such a great time on our girls trip at Sunny Times! This house just received all new furniture and looks great. All of us had ocean from bedrooms with balcony access! Be Our Guest was very easy to work with and helped right away whenever we called. The house was plenty of space for us and had a wonderful open living area design which I really loved. We will be back next year!

Sunny Times is loaded with space and amenities. The view is unobstructed gulf front and the home is adjacent to the shared pool. The home is situated on the north Cape and central to the parks, local shopping and offers easy access to the eight mile Loggerhead walking/biking trail. Oh, and don't forget the elevator!

We came down for spring break with my husband and our family. We had an amazing time. You can't beat the view of the ocean! All the king bedroom had deck access and a wonderful view of the ocean. We will be making this an annual trip every year. Thanks!
