With six beautifully appointed bedrooms, six full baths, and one half-bath, Southern Sand comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests. The thoughtfully designed layout provides both privacy and generous shared spaces, making it ideal for multi-family stays. Elegant coastal décor, high-end finishes, and abundant natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

This home includes a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. No events over the expressed capacity of the house are allowed.
