We had the best stay & would definitely stay here again. The layout of the house was perfect and it was steps from the beach!

A wonderful relaxing home with nice amenities

Our girls trip was amazing! We celebrated birthdays and graduations! Salt Water and Sand was the perfect location with beach and bay views. The house was just as it was advertised and Donna was amazing to work with. She provided the utmost care and service. We enjoyed long days on the beach, sunsets on the top balcony, and long naps. The kitchen had everything we needed for mealtime. Highly recommend!

Great house with everything you need! It smelled nice & clean when we arrived & the fresh flowers were nice touch! Gas grill ran out of gas after one use, but they got us a new tank before lunch when I called that morning! We loved cooking out on the beautiful porch by the ocean with our family! Be Our Guest is top notch service!

Saltwater & Sand provided a wonderful vacation experience for us. This is our 1st trip back to the cape in 3 yrs. This is the right home for us. My wife needed an elevator, as she uses a wheelchair & walker. This lovely home is not totally handicapped accessible. It was hard for her to get in the beautiful, comfortable bed since it sits so high. We will bring something for her to step up on next year. She could not use the commode room in her bathroom as the opening is too small for her chair. She used the one just off the bedroom in the living room tho. The wide open spaces of the living room made it easy for her to maneuver. The property was just as described & more! The managing co. was so easy to work with & very kind to us. We had a couple issues with the internet & t.v.--they came out right away. Their response was faster than any place we have rented on the Cape!
We bought a beach pass for our vehicle, which was well worth it! It was nice to be able to choose from a few locations on the beach to spend the day.
The kitchen was appointed with all the appliances & gadgets we needed for my wife to make her fab meals! We asked for a new crockpot & one was delivered within hours. Wow! We appreciated the extra supplies in this home.
I would suggest some type of safety bar be placed vertically near the master shower. Moved recliner to the living room as sofas were too soft for her to rise easily. Happy you had one!
Beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We didn't mind the colder weather, but some might. Fantastic restaurants in PSJ, Apalach, & PCB. Be sure to get donuts at Weber's & eat at Longbills.

This house smelled so great when we checked in! Everything was so nice and clean. The bedding in all rooms was wonderful, smelled so fresh and comfortable. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the double carport was nice for rainy evenings. Great location, great layout, and the elevator made the 3 story home easy to navigate. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time at this beautiful house! It is exactly as depicted in the photos and had everything we might need, from the fully stocked kitchen for cooking family meals to the games in the 2nd floor closet, and the beach gear. The location is great - so close to the beach, the markets down the street, and restaurants at Port St. Joe. Having the elevator was really nice. Management was very responsive to two minor maintenance issues we had. Overall, a wonderful experience!

First, I have to say this was by far the best vacation home that we have stayed in! The experience from start to finish was top notch and I loved the little extra touch with the flowers and personal note.
Our Grandson decided to be baptized on this trip so this vacation was extra special. We will be returning next year to make more memories.

Loved the home, location and property management was great! Ready to book another stay for the fall!

Only recommendations would be that the 3rd floor master bedroom bed be replaced. It has indentations from being long used. It would also be helpful to have a cordless vacuum to keep the home tidy while there. Otherwise the home was stocked with everything you need for a vacation getaway! No other vacation home provides the amenities like Be Our Guest!

Everything was great! Beautiful and clean. Elevator was so helpful. Beach was perfect. The guys loved fishing. The ladies loved soaking up the sun. Best family vacation ever. We will definitely be back.
