This home borders the St Joseph Bay Buffer Preserve which allows for unlimited exploration of the shallow waters of St Joseph Bay lapping at your back yard. St Joseph Bay and Cape San Blas peninsula is a nature lovers dream. Your vacation paradise sits by the alluring wildlife filled waters of St Joseph Bay and just minutes away from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have designed this vacation getaway to include practically everything a family could ever want in a vacation full of fun, sun, and adventure. Just a 2-minute drive south has you arrive at Salinas Park, with both gulf beach and bay access. A lovely boardwalk, pickle ball courts, outdoor picnic area, and nature trails on the Bay side, and on the Gulf side, Fishing, swimming, kayaking or just plain beach relaxing.

Bedroom 1: Twin over King bunkroom w/deck access and shared bath with tub/shower.
Bedroom 2: King bedroom w/shared bath (shared with bunk room).
Bedroom 3: King master suite, private bath w/garden tub/shower, large walk-in closet, door to deck.
All bedrooms have vaulted high ceilings with fans and TVs.

In the home are all the creature comforts of home (and then some!) The kitchen is fully stocked including a KitchenAid mixer, Toaster Oven, Ninja Blender and Smoothie maker, automatic coffee pot, and of course, all the regular things you have at home including loads of dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and spices for any feast. The owners love to cook, so everything you need to prepare, serve, and store your meals is there. The whole house is equipped with flat screen TVs in every room, Digital cable HDTV service and High-Speed Internet.

Eat at the Kitchen Island or enjoy your meals watching the Bay out of the large sliding doors. Better yet, venture outside on the expansive deck to the lunch table and soak in some fresh Florida air. Also on the deck is a pair of High Boy deck chairs to soak all this in. Newer Gas grill under the house for grilling out.

If you love to boat, fish, and sight see, this vacation paradise has ALL the advantages. FREE--City of Port St Joe Boat Ramp Unlimited Launch Pass just a 10 minute drive You can start fishing 200 feet from the boat launch. The bay is an ecological wonderland packed full of wildlife and diversity. The town of Port St Joe is a ten-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a full-service marina.
