Had a great time!

Our stay with Be Our Guest vacation homes was amazing. The home was in impeccable condition when we arrived, and had plenty of space for our family. The house was a very short walk to the beach and we loved how private it felt. We were there after Christmas, so it was cold but worth it. On Cape San Blas there are a few restaurants and a market to get some groceries. Port St Joe is about 20 minutes away, which has a cute downtown area for eating and shopping.

Apalachicola is about 45 minutes away and has the best seafood! I highly recommend going and getting some Oysters.

We hope to come back and make this our new vacation location.

We had a wonderful time! The house is clean, well furnished, with easy access to the beach. The property rental staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. Will stay there again!

My family visits Cape San Blas every summer, our first time staying in this home! The location was perfect and the house was beautiful! We all agree we would stay here again.

This is our 2nd year vacationing with
Be Our Guest. Brian and Donna are so wonderful. They go the extra mile and don't miss any details. Our place was immaculate upon arrival this year. The welcome card and flowers are such a nice touch. Brian worked with me last year on a few minor issues with AC and. cable which were promptly handled within hours. He also went out of his way to handle an issue with a neighboring property that was not in his control.. This your everything was absolutely perfect. Brian delivered a new propane tank upon request and he even showed up to the property twice a week to take trash to curb and deliver back the next day. Thoroughly impressed with Be Our Guest. We will be back for years to come! Thank you Brian and Donna!

Katmandu was perfect for our 1week family vacation. Kitchen was stocked with more necessary items and utensils than any place we’ve ever stayed.
Housekeeping was spotless, all bedrooms were large and well appointed. The downstairs suite was just right for Nana and Papa’s “hideaway”.
The under house carport area was great for kids games,beach gear storage, and adults grilling/cooking/tall story-telling. The outdoor shower was just icing on the cake.

We had an A/C issue one night. I emailed Donna at 8:30 P.M. At 10:30 same night a maintenance man showed up ,fixed our problem immediately, and we “slept cool “.

I cannot recommend this property and mgt. service highly enough .

Katmandu was perfect for our needs for a weeks vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items and utensils. The downstairs suite was perfect for Nana and Papa hideaway,plenty of parking,room underneath for kids games, adults grilling,oyster shucking,fish cooking. The outdoor shower tops it all off.. we had an A/C issue one evening. Emailed Donna about 8:30 P.M. ……..she had a repairman there at 10:30 P.M. Capacitor issue fixed immediately. I cannot recommend this group high enough !

Our group of 7 enjoyed a second visit to Katmandu. The rack in downstairs bathroom had been fixed. The price was significantly higher this summer- perhaps because we went Memorial Day weekend. Wish there had been more coffee and paper towels provided.

First time visiting Cape San Blas, and the area is absolute perfection! The house was so much more amazing than we had expected and beach access was amazing. The layout worked perfect for us and everything was very clean and no detail was over looked. We had to contact Be Our Guest for a minor issue the first day and it was IMMEDIATELY handled and Donna was quick to keep in touch. We will definitely be back!!

This house is absolutely stunning pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is filled with ALL necessities you may need (which is a first for any rental we’ve ever stayed in). Just a few steps to the beach with plenty of toys and chairs to use down there. We are a family of 4 adults and 3 kids (a pair of 1 year old twins) had no issues with having plenty of room for us all. Staff was available for us 24/7 to text and was beyond helpful to us with any questions or help we needed. We will never use another rental agency again.

3 generations met to enjoy relaxing, visiting and ocean fun. The home's configuration nicely met our needs. A few initial disappointments, just because unclear from online literature, such as no inside access to the downstairs and beach view only accessible from the small deck. These were quickly forgotten as we enjoy the home, sports gear and beach. The only suggestion is list of items available so we did not duplicate, for example beach umbrella and cooking utensils.

Our first time to visit Florida this far East in the panhandle and loved it! Beautiful uncrowded beaches and completely different environment if exploring the Bay. The home nicely accommodated 3 generations of our family with space to gather and visit, but also separate for privacy. Slight disappointed upon arrival to find the downstairs did not have indoor accessibility and the smaller deck had the ocean view. However, quickly forgot about these small items as we enjoyed Cape San Blas.

Definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I was having trouble finding a certain key and the lady showed up to the house to help! They were so great, so responsive. So quick to write me back. They offered extra chairs that we were very thankful for because we did not have to bring them from home. Just great great experience!

This house was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Beautiful home with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. The beach was only a two minute easy walk. The Be Our Guest staff were fabulous! So kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a week's vacation at the Cape. We stayed in this house and it was just fabulous. I love the layout. Nice large rooms with an open floor plan. The downstairs suite is great if you have an elderly parent with you. They have their own space with all the necessities and do not have to deal with stairs. The furniture was newer and very comfortable. I loved the house and location. I would definitely rent it again. Wish I could have stayed longer!

This house is beautiful and clean! It is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a very close walk to the beach and you can see the water from the kitchen. I was very impressed with how responsive the lady from Be Our Guest was. I wished I had asked her name. When we first got there, we noticed that there were a few bulbs that were blown in one of the bathrooms. I texted her to ask if she could bring some by at her convenience. (Meaning the next day would be fine) After 15 minutes, I heard a knock on the door and she brought me light bulbs and was so friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone and will be staying here again. It was truly a relaxing week! The only negative is that the internet service was very slow and I think the TV’s service was also internet based because they would often buffer and stop. It would be nice if there was cable, but it may not be offered in that area. My children are grown and we didn’t have any rain, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The house was great with a short stroll to the beach and a nice sunset view off the back deck. Eight foot doors and 10ft ceiling deffinently added some spaciousness to the main living area. A separate suite is on the ground floor. We rented bicycles for the week and riding on the beach during low tide was fun. Local amenities are not to far away and are handy for some good eats. Plan to return.

Photos are deceiving - in a GREAT way. The home is much larger than we anticipated. Everyone (9 of us) was comfortable - sleeping and hanging out. Super short walk to the very quiet beach. Bring bug spray as the mosquitos are fierce in the evenings. We didn't have the best weather, 2 sunny days out of 4, but we had lots of room in the house to play card and board games. 5 of the boys played golf on the last day and the ladies relaxed on the beach, then we had a bonfire dinner/s'mores that evening. Perfection! The downstairs master is a total "get away" - it was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil imaginable - even a waffle iron and a small crockpot for queso. The property managers did an excellent job making sure the home was clean and cool when we arrived. Check-in / check-out were a breeze. We will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful views of the gulf from the front and back deck and the kitchen window. The house is beautifully finished. Beautiful beach theme! Windows are large, allowing for lots of natural light. Kitchen is so well stocked for cooking for large groups. We ate in every evening, cooking for 4 adults and 5 high school boys. Beds are extremely comfortable as well as the seating in the living room. Having two master suites was fabulous. The whole house stayed very cool and comfortable. Property management was outstanding! Highly recommend Katmandu!

The house does not have front row beach view but if you’re looking for something that you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on and still have that good beach feel vacation, this house will do it! HIGHLY recommend using Susan to help you with your rental. She was the BESTI have ever used in the 10 years I’ve been visiting Cape San Blas.

For a brand new house it should have been spotless but there was crumbs on the floor in kitchen and trash still in the little trash can in bathroom for staying 6 days we didn’t have enough laundry detergent should supply at least one per day overall the house is nice has everything you need great location

The pictures of Katmandu dont even begin to show just how beautiful this home is. Joanna Gaines could have easily been the interior designer. The coastal decor was gorgeous and the little touches like cozy blankets made it feel so homey. The view from the back deck was great and the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon nap. The beach is a very short walk and even during the busy month of June, the beach was uncrowded. We have been to the Cape several times and this was by far the best house we have stayed in and Be Our Guest was amazing to rent through. I had a lot of questions about the house and the location and Susan Jean was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend this home and Be Our Guest. Cant wait until next time!

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas, and first time to rent a house - Wow, what a wonderful experience. Katmandu is absolutely beautiful. The open floor plan, beautiful colors and enough seating for everyone made it a perfect beach house. It accommodated our party of 8 perfectly. Susan Jean with Be Our Guest was awesome! She made sure our vacation was an enjoyable one. Katmandu was everything she promised. We had a nice view of the ocean and it's location made you feel like you were right on the beach. We have always stayed at Orange Beach, which is so crowded, but we were so happy it wasn't that way here. It felt like we were on a private beach and we really liked that it was so family oriented. I can't say enough good things about Katmandu, Be Our Guest (Susan Jean), and Cape San Blas. It was a perfect vacation.
