The home resides in a quiet neighborhood at the north end of the Cape with estate size lots, and private beach access. it’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the beach and the gulf water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and the Bay. Pet friendly.
*The main living area is on the second level with the kitchen, dining, family room and laundry room. There is a king master suite just off the living room for the members of your group that may benefit from fewer steps.
*The second level includes two additional suite size bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed and full bath. This suite has a private gulf facing balcony with comfortable seating ideal for sunset and star gazing views. The additional suite offers two double beds and a full bath.
The decks provide a venue for relaxing and taking in the gulf view. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range and plenty of counter space.
*The ground floor has covered parking for up to 3 cars, enough additional space for a boat and trailer, and a picnic table. Ground level refrigerator allows guests to grab a cold drink easily. The entry area houses beach accessories, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a patio with charcoal grill and seating.
The owner has stocked this home with plenty of beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, toys and beach accessories. Use that credit toward bikes, kayaks or a paddle board! This home also includes both gas and charcoal grills on the ground floor.

First time staying in CSB but I guarantee I’ll be back. This was a family vacation and everyone had a great time. I’d like to give a huge shout out to Donna Dickerson with Be Our Guest Vacation Homes, for all her help and professionalism. She made the booking a breeze and is so responsive. All the extras that Be Our Guest provides is simply amazing. Make sure you ask about the supplies they provide so you don’t pack things you don’t need!!. I would certainly recommend this property.

We had a great time! We've never been to Port St Joe before and we have never been scalloping. The scallops were mostly already harvested. The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. There were no Kleenex any where in the unit. The beds were comfortable. Location was great! Loved the fact that it had a grill. Donna at Be Our Guest was fantastic! She answered all our questions.

We enjoyed our vacation staying at Heavenly Blessings. The house has a well-stocked kitchen and much is provided including beach towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms, laundry detergent, trash bags, and dish soap. When traveling far this saves much in the way of car space! The walk to the beach is short and there is a small view of the ocean from the house decks. A very nice beach home, many beachgoer needs have been thought of in this home.

We enjoyed this beautiful property just steps from the beach. It is a perfect home for a quiet getaway for your family. Lots room in the home if you need to have some private time. Heavenly Blessings is a beautiful, peaceful house with all the features of home! Plenty of room for our four teenage girls, comfy living room furniture and a fully stocked kitchen are just a few of the high points. This was our first time at Cape San Blas and we absolutely loved it. The location of the house and the amenities that were provided for our stay were perfect. The house was spacious for the 7 of us, very clean and we had super quick response/replacement when we needed another Keurig on the first morning. The flowers and personal note were a nice touch as we arrived. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. Beautiful views from the decks, nice quiet street, lots of parking space to accommodate our kayak trailers and vehicles. I would definitely stay at Heavenly Blessings again. Thank you for making our first stay in CSB a great one!

The name of this place is true. What a Heavenly Blessing it has been. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. I stayed a week with my family and 2 dogs. I decided to get married on the beach. The property Manager Donna was so helpful and kind. She made my stay so easy and enjoyable. The beach was gorgeous! We all had an amazing time. I will totally recommend staying here. I will be back again ❤

Everything about this vacation was wonderful! Booking was not only easy, but Donna went above and beyond with answering questions (in a timely manner too! ) and making sure everything was in line for what we needed. The house was spotless and even better in person than it looked in the pictures. The location was fabulous! From this town not having a bunch of traffic/ hustle and bustle, to the couple minute walk to the beach, there is no other place I would’ve rather stayed at for our family vacation. This beautiful home was perfect for the four of us and our little dogs. We loved having only a short walk to the beach and having a view of the Gulf from our balcony...where we spent mornings and evenings. The sunset was spectacular. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The flooring made sweeping a breeze.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beach chairs and floats were helpful. We loved being able to shower outside. We used the grill several times. We will definitely consider coming again. Donna was especially polite and helpful.

Our amazing vacation started before we even arrived. Donna, with Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals, was always so quick to respond with any questions I had. Her friendliness and helpfulness far surpassed any other rental company we have previously used, and we have been coming to the Cape for 16 years. When we arrived at the house I was blown away! Although it was not beachfront, we still had an amazing view and it was such a short walk to the beach. The home was beautiful and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, maybe even more than my own home. We had a wonderful week and I would definitely stay in there his home again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Blessings. Everything was set up perfectly. It was nice not having to bring beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards thanks to your well stocked beach closet. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed. Location on the Cape was awesome, we rode our rental bikes from Vay-k-gear down to the Trading Post and Scallop Cove several times throughout the week to restock, and we also rode down to Peachy's for their delicious tacos. I don't think we drove our cars all week. We rented a golf cart through Be Our Guest, and we're glad we did. It was super convenient hauling all of our items to the beach every day, and taking cruises on the beach in the evenings. Thank you, Donna, we will definitely be back next year!

This was our first family vacation with our grandson, and we had such a wonderful time! The house was far superior to any rental we’ve had in the past. Not only is this house well decorated with beautiful furnishings, we were so pleased with even the smallest details. Beach towels, linens, hand soaps, face towelettes, shampoo and soap were provided, and made it so much easier to pack for our trip. Sometimes it is the small things that take the experience over the top. The beach was so close! The beach view was amazing. Coffee every morning on the porch, and bonfires on the beach in the evening; made for a perfect experience. I felt like it was our home away from home for the week. I will most definitely come back to Heavenly Blessings next year, and will let my friends know about this special home on Cape San Blas!

My family have been coming to the Cape for over 20 years, Heavenly Blessings is definitely in the top 3 of homes we have rented. The view from the two decks were great. The beach was a very short walk, often interrupted by friendly neighbors, and wonderful as always. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked, extra beach towels are always welcome. The "basement" walk-in area was really great with the extra fridge and storage space. If I had one negative it would be the size of the kitchen, it gets a little crowded during meal prep and cocktail hour. All in all we had a great week and will be coming back to Heavenly Blessings.

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly Blessings. 2 houses down from the beach, access was easy. The rental came with a closet full of beach chairs, toys, etc.. The general store was a short bike ride away, about a mile down the road. Wonderful time.

We loved our stay at this house. We honestly weren’t expecting to see the beach from the house because it’s not “beach front” but I sat on the front porch often to look at the beach, and it basically is a beach front. Very relaxing. Our family enjoyed a long weekend here and we will definitely be coming back here for our future beach vacations. Gorgeous beach. Comfortable, clean, and well taken care of house. We saw dolphins on our stay too! Love it!

Very nice house with everything you could think of provided plus some! The house was very clean and comfy, beach towels, laundry det, facewash, lotion, games, dvds, beach toys and etc were all there at the house for us to use. We were able to sit on the porch and watch the ocean and relax and not have to worry about anything. We really emjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous July 4th celebration at Heavenly Blessings! It is clean, comfy, cozy and with cute beach dcor. This house had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with nice appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils to cook whatever we wanted. The 3 bedrooms and sleeping for 10 people allowed us to have plenty of space to enjoy and relax. There are even games provided that we could play on the kitchen table. The beach is a short walk from the front door and the owner provided us with chairs and umbrellas to use which is so convenient. There is an outside shower we used to wash off the sand when we returned from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful and we saw a family having a bonfire on the beach. This seems to be a family oriented, quiet area and we will definitely be back.

This house has been everything we needed!! Fully stocked and clean. Plenty of beach items we really had no need to bring from home. And I appreciate that the common items were left from previous guests. Things like salt and pepper, oil, and dishwasher pods. Normally those items are cleaned out but we had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and a great view! Loved this house and we will most definitely be back to the Cape!!

Our original booking didnt go as planned due to unforeseen delays from Hurricane Michael. However, Susan and the owner of Heavenly Blessings came to the rescue by allowing us to change locations. We honestly had reservations, but everything worked out perfectly! Weve never stayed in this area but most definitely plan to come back. We love the house and everything about it! It is clean, well stocked with all the necessities, and short walk to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys, and the enclosed outside shower was fabulous!! Thank you all again for everything!! We hope to return next year!!
This was a last minute family beach vacation we planned and we are absolutely thrilled that we found Heavenly Blessings! We have stayed in Cape San Blas/Port St Joe for the past 4 years and this, by far, was the nicest inside and most accommodated. Sometimes rentals can feel “overly used/not well kept” and this is NOT one of them. Even the tiniest of touches were noticed and so well appreciated: pump soaps, face cleaned wipes, lotions at all sinks... very nice beach towels provided (saved us TONS of space in our packing for a family of 5), kitchen so well stocked with incredibly nice things. The beach toys were over the top amazing and completely saved us as well: we brought our three children five and under. No way we could’ve packed all of that in our car and our children never got bored with the floats, boogie boards, skim boards, floats, buckets, tools, nets, rakes, balls, games, you name it! It was a short walk to the beach, easy to manage with our kids and all of our “stuff.” The owner even provided a nice cart for us so we didn’t even pack our own. It was absolutely amazing. The sunsets were unreal. Wildlife (dolphins, fish, crabs) always excite. Close to Shrimp company and trading post: we even built a fire on the beach two nights and marveled at the bazillion stars. We will definitely be staying here again and plan on bringing friends and family in the future.
