Endless Sunsets

We just returned from a last-minute trip to the Cape that was full of surprises and some unfortunate events that ultimately led us to staying at Endless Sunsets. While the first week of our vacation was quite challenging and disappointing, our second week was absolutely perfect.Let me start by saying that you will be hard-pressed to find a better company to do business with than Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals. I have rented through other companies in the Cape San Blas area, most of them only once, and for various reasons. None of them have matched the level of service, responsiveness and genuine concern we have consistently received from Be Our Guest.Without turning this review into a negative review of another company, I will simply say that on a holiday Sunday afternoon, we unexpectedly found ourselves needing to leave the home we had rented—with less than two hours’ notice and more than a week remaining in our vacation. After dealing with significant issues at that property, including an air-conditioning leak through the ceiling and concerns about mold and mildew that were affecting us physically, staying there was no longer an option.We were essentially left high and dry on Memorial Day weekend.One phone call to Donna at Be Our Guest changed everything.Donna and her staff immediately came to our aid and did everything they could to help us. Keep in mind, this was a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend, and within approximately two hours, they had us settled into a beautiful new place to stay.That kind of customer service is something you don’t forget.And what a wonderful place Endless Sunsets turned out to be! The house is beautiful, spacious and laid out perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling crowded, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The two decks that run the length of the house provided wonderful outdoor space, and the beautiful porch swing on one of them quickly became a favorite spot to sit, relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed, which is especially important to us because we do quite a bit of cooking while we’re at the Cape. The elevator was a huge plus, particularly when bringing in luggage, groceries and everything else that comes along with an extended beach vacation.The pool was absolutely beautiful and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the house. After everything we had dealt with during our first week, having such a comfortable, clean and relaxing place to settle into felt wonderful.As others have mentioned in their reviews, the public beach access is a few houses down the street rather than directly in front of the house. Honestly, the short walk really wasn’t that big of a deal. We were fortunate enough to make friends with the wonderful people staying across the street, who graciously allowed us to use their walkway to the beach, which made it even more convenient for us. Either way, the beautiful beach is just a short walk away.We really couldn’t have asked for more from Endless Sunsets. The house itself, the pool, the space, the decks, the porch swing, the views, the well-stocked kitchen and the overall layout were wonderful. Most importantly, we could finally relax, breathe and enjoy the Cape again. The remainder of our vacation was everything we had hoped it would be.What makes Be Our Guest stand out isn’t simply the homes they manage. It’s the people behind the company. Anyone can take a reservation when everything is going according to plan. You really learn what kind of company you’re dealing with when something goes wrong—and Donna and her staff were there for us when we genuinely needed help.This was not my first experience with Donna or Be Our Guest, and there was a reason they had always been one of my first choices when visiting Cape San Blas. This experience simply reinforced it.We took a chance on another company because it was a last minute decision. Lesson learned. From now on, my first and only call will be to Donna at Be Our Guest.Donna and the entire Be Our Guest team, thank you for answering our call on a holiday Sunday afternoon, for caring about the situation we were in, and for somehow turning what could have ruined the remainder of our vacation into a wonderful second week at the Cape.You didn’t just find us another rental—you saved our vacation.We will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The home was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home.We experienced a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the management team was extremely responsive and addressed our concerns promptly. Their communication and customer service were excellent.There was a bit of a walk to the beach access, but the beautiful beach and stunning sunsets made it well worth the effort. The peaceful setting and gorgeous views made for a truly relaxing getaway.Overall, this was a great rental, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a memorable vacation.

House is very nice, elevator spoiled us. The only thing less than stellar was the distance we had to walk to get beach access.

Endless Sunsets was a perfect house for our family of 5 plus our furry friend. The short walk to the beach was easy on a daily basis. We have been to the Cape several times now and are in love with the area and beaches. This house did not disappoint! It had everything we needed to pick up fresh fish and cook easy dinners at the house. We loved sitting at the dining table on the porch for dinner. Great views of the sunset and sunrise. Plenty of sitting and lounging areas to read and take in the view. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, and -my favorite- throw blankets to snuggle up with on the cool mornings to enjoy my coffee, book, and views. The pool was heated wonderfully and the whole home was warm and inviting.

We had an incredible stay at Endless Sunsets! This beautiful home offers lovely ocean and bay views, making it the perfect getaway. The newly added pool area is fantastic. The sun shelf with loungers was an added bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.The home itself is beautifully decorated. The furniture is comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything you need, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.Just a short, easy walk to the boardwalk and you’re at the beach! Donna and Be Our Guest are amazing to work with! Responsive, friendly and professional from start to finish. Another amazing trip to the Cape, we would absolutely stay here again!
